Hi everyone. Looking for users who have a Sales Department and are on a softphone solution that pairs well with Acumatica. Any feedback on the phone system you are using and the ways you are unifying it with Acumatica is appreciated. Thanks!

      We use 8x8 and have a reporting customization. Not full integration.

            As I recall, Lightspeed uses Acumatica internally and originally developed it for themselves.
