Are there plans to allow PDF files to display in IMAGE box of an Expense Receipt? just like jpeg does.

The image is more for instances where you are on the go and snapping a pic of the receipt to upload, which would create a .jpg file.
If you have the actual PDF file then it is best to upload it to the Files in the header, but you can screenshot the PDF and then upload this to the image.
A PDF isn’t really an image, it’s a specifically formatted file and so doesn’t meet the need of the image field.
There is also a community idea where they are gathering feedback on some Expense issues, you could either add your suggestion here or make a new product idea:
