I’ve a mobile app question, hope you can help.

I’ve created a filter for appointments, which our technicians can refer to for looking at historical data.

Unfortunately, the results do not generate in chronological order.

Please advise if there is a way to fix this.  Thanks. 

If you have created a custom Inquiry for this you should be able to choose the field you want to sort by under the Sort Order tab of the Generic Inquiry screen.

 


I can do this on the mobile app?

On the Mobile app.  I got the results I needed, just not in chronological order.
