Hi everyone, I just have a question.

Do B2B Bigcommerce supports Sales Prices sheet,  customer specific discount, qty discounts on a line item level, and order level discounts from Acumatica? I just want to make sure that everything how it is currently operating in Acumatica, can be replicated in BC.

or whether TranZetta pricing will work.

Thank you.

@bernadeth58  Currently, BC does not support specific to Customer. But if required you can create one Customer Price Class per customer in Acumatica and Export to BC to a Customer Group but assign this Customer Group only to the required Customer. This is a work around.

@bernadeth58 You can export Sales Prices(AR202000) of Price Type Customer Price Class to Customer Groups in BC and Base to Products in BC. It also supports bulk pricing but only of Discount Type = Fixed Amount not any other type(as shown in the below screenshot).

These are exporting using the Base Sales Price and Price List entities from BigCommerce Connector.

Hi @KarthikGajendran , so it will not support the customer specific discount right? Only Base and Customer price class type?

@bernadeth58  I want to make it clear that you can only export prices Customer Price Class and Base Price Types but not Customer.

The Customer Price Class are linked to Customer Groups in BC. Then you can link the Customer Group to a specific customer or group of customers in BC.

@KarthikGajendran , regarding your first reply on Bulk Pricing within BC, is there a way to sync this from Acumatica using the Discounts module? Here’s an example.
