What does IN Replanned mean on Create Purchase Orders, and why would it appear for a part for plenty of stock?

We’ve found a part on Create Purchase Order suggesting a order of 50 parts under IN Replanned. However, this part already has 88 units in stock, and SS is 10 and Reorder point is 20. Why is this part appearing here, and what does IN Replanned even mean?

IN Replanned is the plan type Acumatica creates when someone runs Prepare Replenishment (IN508000) and clicks Process. Rather than creating a purchase order directly, it parks an intermediate demand record on the Create Purchase Orders screen (PO505000) waiting for someone to act on it.

The reason you're seeing it despite having 88 in stock is almost certainly a timing issue. Someone ran Prepare Replenishment at a point when stock was low enough to trigger it, which created the record. Stock has since recovered, but the demand record on PO505000 doesn't clear itself automatically just because levels are now healthy.

You can't delete it directly from PO505000, but you can clear it by going back to IN508000, unchecking Me and Only Suggested Items, selecting the item, setting Qty to Process to zero, and clicking Process. That tells the system the answer is nothing needed and removes it from the Create Purchase Orders screen.
