This should be easy but just can’t figure it out. How do I initiate a full database export of my acumatica instnace?

Database Backup Export
On the Tenant screen (SM203520) you can make a snapshot of the tenant and then, after it is created and prepared, export it.
Now, that’s not a full database export. If you need that, then you’ll need to contact Tech Support.

To export your full Acumatica database (tenant):

Go to Apply Updates and click Schedule Maintenance.

Open the Tenants (SM203520) screen and click Create Snapshot.

Enter a description.

In Export Mode, select Full.

Leave other settings as default and click OK.
The generated ZIP file is your full tenant export.
