On the Tenant screen (SM203520) you can make a snapshot of the tenant and then, after it is created and prepared, export it.

Now, that’s not a full database export. If you need that, then you’ll need to contact Tech Support.

Hi @richieharris

To export your full Acumatica database (tenant):

  1. Go to Apply Updates and click Schedule Maintenance.

  2. Open the Tenants (SM203520) screen and click Create Snapshot.

  3. Enter a description.

  4. In Export Mode, select Full.

  5. Leave other settings as default and click OK.

The generated ZIP file is your full tenant export.

@richieharris

1, You can do and create a snapshot of your tenant.

2. You can do a full backup of your database using SQL (if using SQL)
