Mobile App Inquiry Problem

Hi All,

I am having an Issue where I want to have a more detailed Inquiry that is still referencing back to a normal Transaction such as a Sales Order or Shipment.

I basically started out and created copies of the Sales Order and other Inquiries, made my changes for Fields and Conditions and exposed it to the Mobile App.

Now, I run into the Issue that it is barely showing a very limited Result Screen rather than the Sales Order, the Shipment or others.

Please see below for Screenshots.

The issue is that major functionality such as editing or taking actions on the Transaction is missing.

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this? Any Settings I am forgetting on the Inquiry Creation itself?

Inquiry “Result”
Native Sales Order Inquiry “Result”

@krausef77 The create/update & delete actions are restricted in the mobile application for a GI exposed to it. Are you using the Generic Inquiry screen to expose the screen in the mobile app?

You would need to implement the mobile screen for shipments If you want to enable these actions for the shipment entity.

Sales Order screen in the mobile looks the way it does because there is an actual implementation of that screen in the mobile, same happens for Appointments screen, however, the Service Order screen shown in the mobile app is the result of exposing the FS-ServiceOrder GI to the mobile app and it behaves the same as your screen:

Thank you for sharing this!
This is really helpful and was my suspicion.

Do you happen to have any guidance on how to implement the Shipment Screen or maybe even a Custom Inquiry that follows the Shipment Screen or Sales Order logic?
