Service Order Billing

If a Service Order is partially billed, will I then be unaale to add more information to the Details tab?

Hi @bhyland 
We do not have progress billing when billing from Service Order, this is, we only bill the document one time. So after the invoice is created we do not allow to add additional items because those item will not be included on a second invoice.

We do this by billing by appointment.  This keeps the service order open so we can add appointments and new material or labour for the next visit.  Once the work is complete, we close the service order.

Do you clone an appointment for the service order? If so you can add information to the newly cloned appointment.
