We have a customer going through upgrade testing for 2023R1 and they are receiving the error below when trying to confirm a shipment:

Hello @donnadeskins55,

Firstly I would “Test Connection” on the UPS Plug in if this is happening to all shipments.

The error message this customer is seeing is one that is received from UPS to the request made.

This error usually means that the UPS account tied to the Shipper Number you are using has been suspended by UPS, or is not yet fully set up.

To resolve this issue the client may need to contact UPS as this seems to be an issue on the UPS account that only UPS can resolve.
