Hello, No, there is no checkbox , no Acumatica setting/option you can change that will prohibit a partial payment from being entered against an invoice, by a user who has access to the payments screen.
To block partial payments, You will need a customization to the payments screen in Receivables, and possible additional customizations if you receive customer payment in different ways (such as prepayments on sales orders or payments via eCommerce).

There is no option or setting to configure to restrict partial payments on invoices.
If you want to restrict the partial payment, you can look at the possible customizations for that.

There is no configuration as of now in Acumatica to restrict partial Payments.
We can do a customization to restrict While creating a Payment invoice amount should match the Payment amount.
Kensium has a feature in Commerce Pro to control shipment creation when there is an Unpaid balance in sales order, similar to that we need to develop a customization to restrict Partial payments.

As others have stated, there is no setting for this, however you could use credit terms as there is a prepayment required for Sales Orders. Not sure if that may help without a customization though.
