When I release purchase receipt with auto create bill check box, the discount amount in purchase and bill display difference value where currency not USD

Hope you are doing well.

 

It seems like you might have a Decimal Precision setup for the specific Currency, have a look on Currency Management>>Profiles>>Currencies
