By passing some field from purchase receipt screen to receipt screen like below when release action in purchase receipt 

When I publish my customization, several fields do not show in the grid by default.  I want all columns in my grid showing by default.  When the customer publishes the package, I don’t want them to have to open the screen and manually add the columns to the grid. This is the list of columns in the project editor.Is there some setting that is making the three fields on the left not be included by default on the right?  I don’t see any options in the editor that would seem to handle this. 

Hi, I have met an issue when creating a discount in a sales order invoice, how can I avoid the discount automatically rounding? I setup the discount with 2%, but the system automatically rounding the discount to 2.077922%770 * 0.02 = 15.4 / 770*0.0277922 = 16

Good day,I have one users (at least one that has complained) has issue with Help Links.  The user can open the help menu but when they select the hyperlink nothing happens; they can a blank page.I have no issue with access the hyperlinks.  Is there security issue? Or some adjustment needed.I appreciate any assistance.Thank you@Evan G

Is there a field where the open PO cost amount is stored, both at the line and order level?  We issue a lot of PO’s that have multiple receipts and I haven’t been able to easily run a report that shows open amount by line as well as the order total.

Are you able to print W-2’s from Acumatica payroll module??  I don’t really like the idea that I have to pay for the payroll module and an outside subscription to be able to do W-2’s.

We are attempting to use “Customer Access” functionality to restrict salespeople from seeing accounts other than their own.We are really struggling to set up an “A” group as that would be the easiest way to control it. “A” inverse works perfectly, but that would create more work when new customers are added.Just a general understanding of how “A” vs “B” is meant to work. Totally understand how the inverse works.

Looking for suggestion my customer has line level payment terms discount. So for certain items that are invoiced to them if the customer pays by end of 1st month they get 5% off if they pay by end of second month then they get 4%, third month 3% etc. This could be on top of the customer terms and there could be other items on the same invoice that dont have this line level payment terms discount. Any ideas i know it will need development.

The response code is ok but I’m getting html returned in the response which contains the text: We're sorry! An error has occurred while processing your request. A report has been generated for our technical staff to investigate the problem. Please try to repeat your request later. Thank you for understanding. If I wait a few minutes and try again it works. In the System Monitor → System Events screen I can see that there are `Sign-In limit exceeded` events, however I can successfully create new login sessions so I don’t think that is the problem. 

We are a construction company that uses the Project module, with very detailed Tasks and Commitments for the parts of the project we sublet out.The quantities of previously billed items from our subs sometimes get adjusted downward by the time the project ends.  For example, we pay for the construction bathrooms by the month.  The original PO had allotted 6 months and we have been billed by the sub monthly, for 6 months total.The project ended 1 week earlier and the sub issued a credit for .25 of a month of charges.I can easily associate the the credit to the project and task line, but I need to associate the Debit Adjustment to the original PO so we can easily see the total bought from that sub for that project by looking at that particular PO History.I’m also dealing with a price match scenario with those same bathrooms, we have credits (Debit Adj) from the sub to apply to the already released Bills.Any ideas? Thanks in advance!~Audrey 

I am having the issue that the system is still allowing negative inventory after the allow negative checkbox was unchecked on the class. I don’t believe the item gets updated when you change the class unless you change the item to a different class. Does anyone have any insight into this issue? 

Hello community,we have an issue with the syncing of calendar entries. Some calendar entries are created multiple (sometimes a thousand) times in Acumatica/Haufe X360. Unfortunately, the system also doesn’t allow to delete this entry.Thank you so much in advance for any tips :)   

Hi All,On Inventory Transaction Summary IN406000, The column Warehouse has been definedFrom my understanding of the definition, Column Warehouse will be invisible if Warehouse Details are clear. However, on my system, this column is still displayed with or without a check box This issue (display Warehouse when Warehouse Details is clear) is so nfusing. The system will display the random WH, even though there is no qty in that WH.For example:Clear box Warehouse DetailsCheck box Warehouse Details Has anyone got this issue? is it normal or a defect from the system?

All, the latest customization package I published left a minor bug that wasn’t apparent until a week later.Is it possible just to unpublish that single package? By looking at the screen, it seems as though you have to unpublish everything at once.Am I crazy, or is there a way to just unpublish a single customization package?

Is there a report in Acumatica that can show me a list of all items that have goods received not invoiced? I’m looking for a report that ties directly to the general ledger.

We are going to implement an external system for crew and equipment scheduling for road construction/repair jobs.  Project Quotes will be created in Acumatica and converted to Projects.  At this point project info will be sent to this external system via an API/web service - that is all fine.  The challenge is that they also need any file (.pdf, .jpg, .xlsx, etc.) that was attached/linked to the Project in Acumatica to also be sent to this external system where it will be linked to the project there.  Is this possible?  Has anyone ever done anything like that before?  Another requirement from the receiving  system is that the files be converted to Base64 for use with their web service.I’m just curious to hear if anyone has done anything similar and to see what is even possible.
