Hello Everyone,Could you recommend us, please a few Acumatica providers in Europe, which offers support after implementation? Thank you

Our client uses UPS (in the UK) without integration.  They have a tracking label with a reference number which is also supplied as a bar code.  As this number is rather long and difficult for the warehouse personnel to enter on the mobile app is there a way to open this field on the app and to have it scan and read the bar code and store it as the shipment tracking number? ThanksJames 

I have created a marketing campaign, which has leads and members applied to it. I then created a mass email for that campaign and it sent the email as expected.If I create a new mass email for the same campaign the program then does not allow me to send the new email to same members.If I add new members to the campaign then create a new mass email, the program emails only the new members.Any ideas why the program does this or best way to resolve without having to create a new campaign.

Hi there, Is there a “Format” or “Formula” to trim a field in report designer. ie. I want to turn C-16600-O into just 16600. I do not want to physically change the naming convention inside Acumatica, i simply just want to trim the field in the report designer. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thank you

I have 3 non-stock items that show to be in one location when there are physically in another. How would I move this in the system? I see transfers but this appears to only be for stock items. 

Hi AllAsking for advise, construction companies does not maintain a big amount of inventory so we have all of our inventory as non stock (even the construction materials) since most of the constuction companies are using just in time. At the end of the year, we need to keep track of the items that was still in our inventory for reporting purposes. These remaining inventories are bought in advance but was not yet issued for use at site. Any advise on how to track remaining inventories by the end of the year if initially, the items are part of non stock?

I have a client that has disposed of fixed assets however they still appear on the FA Balance and FA Balance by GL account Report.  Since these assets are not longer in use, I am not sure why they would still be showing on the reports. When the client reconciles their fixed assets to the GL using the FA Balance by GL Account report, they are out of balance by the amount of this disposals. I know I can build a filter to remove them from the report but I don’t think they should be there. What am I missing?Thank you in advance.

I'm currently facing an issue with an Export Scenario in Acumatica, and I could use some assistance in resolving it.Problem Description:I've set up an Export Scenario to export purchase requests from Acumatica. Each purchase request can contain multiple lines with unique line descriptions. However, when I use the Export Scenario, it's not exporting the multiple line details correctly. Instead, it exports only one line, and the line description appears to be duplicating from other requests. Can anyone help me with it please? I am working on a request to show the Sales Order Number on the Process Shipments screen as a column.I decided to add some PXDBScalar fields to SOShipment that pulls the last order number from SOOrderShipment.  That business logic works for the client and the field appears on the screen properly.Process Shipments with custom columns show the last sales order for the given shipment.When the Action selector is changed to Prepare Drop-Ship Invoice, those columns are blank. That’s because a different select statement is run. The view is called Orders but the data is primarily populated from POReceipt instead of SOShipment.So I tried adding the same custom PXDBScalar fields to POReceipt. Hi,I slightly customized the GI under Data Views called Vendor Documents to Approve. When the client drills down into the filter by Ref Nbr., they only want to to see the reference numbers associated with those GI’s when users click the navigation buttons at the top. However, the filter is not applied when they drill down into the Ref. number. I also setup conditions on the GI but the system is ignoring the ones to exclude certain properties. What am I doing wrong or what is the correct process so the filter applies to when I use the navigation buttons. I have also attached a copy of the GI.  Thanks, Frances  Ref. I've created UDFs to track MAC Address, IP Address, and Room Number related to stock inventory items within the PO302000 form.  I created the same in the IN301000 form.  I also modified the workflow within each of those to allow those fields to be modifiable regardless of the status of the documents.  All of that has worked.  For the most part, simple stuff to this point (I think!).  Now I am attempting to process a PO -> POR -> Inventory Receipt.  The UDF data entered within the line details of the POR is not carrying forward to the Inventory Receipt form where I hoped/thought it would display in the line details as well.  Can anyone help me understand what I'm missing.  If you've not seen any of my other topics, I am not a developer by trade, but I am gaining my knowledge of Acumatica customizations through trial and error (and Community help!) as I go.  Acumatica 2022 R2, Build 22.205.0026

Hi Everyone. I am trying to make a checkbox required but I am having some trouble. I tried updating the attributes by adding PXDefault(true) and [PXUnboundDefault(true)]but that didn’t make the checkbox default to checked. I looked at this article but still no luck. What else can I try?   

We are trying to import the PI inventory counts from excel and receiving an error.  Steps takenExport the list with the Excel button. Enter the Physical Quantities in the the column for Physical Quantities in the excel.  Save excel and click upload.  There is only the one column to update.  Expected this to be “easy”Dont know how to find the Trace in the error message to try to identify the error. 

In opportunity, Create Email,  the popup appears but there is no default template.  Where does this get set up?  I have an email template linked to screen CR30400. Please advise. 

Hello,We are getting this error when adding price to a new customer. I am very new to this, but to my understanding the price is unique with customer number, inventory code, start date and end date if one exists.  This combination can not be in any other customer because the customer numbers are different.Can you guys please point me in the right direction?

Hello everyone, Does any one knows how to create a multi level axis in the report designer? Report designer is adopted from excel. But the charts setting is limited. I want to create a multi level chart that grouped by month and product. Has anyone done this before? Thanks for sharing.  Excel sample: 

Our client is using an external shipping calculation for Sales.  Specifically EasyPost.  There are a number of Ship Via codes they will use for Sales.  At the same time they want to be able to use a different set of Ship Via codes on Purchase Orders.  Right now in both Sales Orders and Purchase Orders you see the same set of Ship Via Codes.  Is there any way to limit which are seen based on the document type?
