We have got a client switching to Acumatica and since their Go Live has been past the financial year, we have multiple payroll balances that needs to be brought forward to Acumatica before Go Live.
We have been suggested to do bulk payroll upload. We are trying to understand is there a solution to just upload year end/month end balances without having to carry out bulk payrun?

I would suggest importing either the monthly or quarterly amounts like suggested above so quarterly reports can still be ran. Use an Adjustment Check type in the import data so that you can enter exact amounts for wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits rather than trying to calculate. In the Import Scenario area, Acumatica provides the imports and templates needed for the Paycheck imports.
