Is there any generic import templates for a customer list? Where am I able to find them if so?
Also looking for a generic template for equipment list import scenario.

Import templates can be found attached to Import Scenarios in Integration → Import Scenarios screen:
Into what module, screen are you importing equipment? Acumatica offers several equipment screens; it will help us to know which one you need. Below I’ve posted a link to a previous post, answered by Naveen, where Kandy has posted an import scenario for Equipment. I hope this helps you.
