Closed Captioning of Videos

In looking at some videos for training and product information there is no closed captioning.  For instance I’m trying to watch the 2024 R1 Feature Review: Core Features video and there are no captions, I’ve also found this in some training videos.

As someone who relies on closed captioning could this be made a standard for all videos?

PS I would have put this in suggestions, but business relationship manager has yet to create these credentials for me.

Hi @BDPJosh - I reached out internally and they said they have now turned on close captions. You might check and thank you for pointing this out!
