How enable add new cost commitment from Project (PM301000) screen


Can someone help me with add new PO from project screen. It seems it is some kind of Acumatica configuration, but I can’t find it.

What I have:

  1. Enabled change orders on Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) screen
    1. On Projects Preferences PM101000 enabled Internal Cost Commitment Tracking
      1. I tryed to change visibility for add button by customization project.  Button is appiaring on th screen but it is disabled all time

        It seems it is some kind of Acumatica configuration, I see in the videos it is enabled, but can’t find how I can do it.

I don’t have version 2022 R2 available for testing.  This possible solution is from the Help found in Sales Demo 2024 R1.

Look at your Purchase Order Numbering Sequence:  Is it set to Automatic?

Clear Manual Numbering for Purchase Order Numbers.

Also check:  Do you have access rights to Insert Purchase Orders?

What is the Project status?  Make sure it is Active.
