What is the best way for immediate notifications? We need to instantly noitify multiple folks (AR, Sales Rep, our Owner) when a Customer placing an order is on Credit Hold so we can get immediate approval to process the order (it is usually for will call today or next day delivery).

Create an Inquiry to trigger a Business Event (keep in mind to include the Primary keys of the used Tables).
Utilize the Conditions to define the Trigger and utilize the Record Inserted function for the Business Event.
