support portal access

I have access to the support portal and can view my cases.  How do i add a coworker to this so they can also access all of the casese in the grid?

My pleasure! I just added Case Management to Gregg’s profile. He should now have access to that. He may have to log out and back in to see the changes and in some cases, a password has to be reset. 

Your VAR partner Aktion Associates should also be able to assist you with setting things up correctly.

Your admin should be able to add the coworker to the account. I can also update this for you if the coworker is listed on your business account. What is the coworkers name?

Thank you so much!  When you say “our admin”  do you mean an admin in our organization?  Gregg and I are both admin.  (We lost our consultant before everything was complete and a few items are not set up for us correctly.)
