What would cause the following behavior? Everything prints except the document details (Customer details, line items, etc.). It started occurring after a recent update to 2022 R2 Build 22.218.0023. We are using Device Hub when processing the print. The printers are set in the users profile.

Hi,I customized a ARM Balance Sheet Report to reflect 6 different branches at a time. What formula can I use in each column to pull the branch name automatically versus having to input manually for each colums? Here is a snapshot of the column set and highlighted fields.   Thanks,Frances

Hello, I have a GI where add new button is not working. If I click the button nothing happens. It works well for all other GIs. Is there any change that I can do in the GI?I have attached the GI here.

Every time I try to search a customer or phone number with the universal search, I receive an error message. We have tried restarting the full-text search, cleared the cache, processed all in the rebuild full-text entity index, rebuilt a new database for my site, upgraded to the most recent version, and applied a new license. The problem still persists. 

I have two custom fields Absolute Variance Quantity for rows and Total Absolute Variance Quantity in the header. For example, M &T Bank as bank name is rejected when entering data.  A developer can change the regular expression to “fix” this but will this cause issues with banks?

I am trying to pull a report for my client that shows all activities for Journal Entries including the workflow entries. I have already mapped in generic inquiries the audit history to GL Batch and EP Approval using the combinedkey, but I noticed the rejection in the Audit history has a GLBatch combinedkey and not a EPApproval Approval ID. This indicates that the record is only recorded in the audit history table and doesn’t have any corresponding entries in EPApproval.Is there anywhere in the system that the rejection reason is recorded and kept after the JE has been approved or deleted? The system is version Build 24.111.0011.Thanks!

Is it possible to remove a report completely from Acumatica if it was saved to the server by using the command “Save to Server” in Report Designer.I tried searching for the reports in the Acumatica folders including ReportsDefault but coming up empty.I assume it is located somewhere in the database. Much thanks

Hi,In Live Instance,For a Grid(Form-Tabs screen) I am  Trying to add around 30 lines.Up to 28 lines Data got Entered..When we are trying to Enter 29th line Getting Below ErrorThe Page was not displayed Because the Request Entity is too large. In our Local Instances we are not getting this type of Issue.What are the changes need to do to Solve this in Live Instance?How can I replicate this Issue in Local to debug the code?Thanks,Giri.

We want to integrate the maps with Acumatica to display the order coordinates based on shipping addresses. Our goal is to sequence the orders according to the shortest route and visually represent them with numbered stops on the map. We would appreciate any insights on how to achieve this efficiently.

Could anyone provide a screenshot of a Row Set Import Scenario for ARM Reports? I am just a little confused on how the Data Source portion works. We normally just setup the reports manually, but this is our first customer who has several hundred lines per report so we would much rather import the bulk. The Data Sources will be “Start Account”, “End Account”, “Start Sub”, and “End Sub”.

Hi Everyone,I am currently working on a Generic Inquiry to display stock items along with their quantities on hand across all warehouse locations. I have managed to achieve the desired results by grouping the data using “InventoryItem.InventoryCD” to eliminate duplicates. However, I face a challenge when I attempt to use the GI in a business event that is meant to inactivate items once the quantity on hand reaches zero. The business event works correctly when I remove the grouping from the GI. Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue? I have attached the GI for your reference.

When emailing invoices through the ‘Print Invoices and Memos’ screen, the invoices get marked as ‘Emailed’ even if the process encounters errors and the emails do not send.The emailed status should only be updated to ‘Emailed’ once the email is successfully sent and not when the process errors out.
