As per the below screenshot in D210 guide-2021 R1/2022 R1The following error is getting triggered whenever the PO Order number is entered.RECEIVE MODE IS IN USECannot create a purchase receipt for the 000077 purchase order. Create a purchase receipt manually.Error: Inserting  'Purchase Receipt Line Split' record raised at least one error. How can a Pop up message to alert when there is a supersession in stock items be created

I’m having trouble linking an existing Sales Order to an existing PO that contains a nonstock item.  The PO Source is ‘Purchase to Order’, but when I search under the vendor, the PO does not list. Is there some rule where you cannot link nonstock items? Or is there some setting I am not considering 

I need to export inventory planning settings for stock items within a specific warehouse. I thought I was going to be able to use the stock item page but “Days of Supply” and “Inventory ID” were the only fields populated.I then attempted to export the information via the Item Warehouse Details page but was continuing to get the following error “Insufficient stack to continue executing the program safely. This can happen from having too many functions on the call stack or function on the stack using too much stack space.”I’m looking to export Inventory ID, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Min Order Qty, Max Order Qty, Lot Size, and Days of Supply

I’m trying to add a field to the SOLine DAC (field: CopyFromItemID) which will be used for another purpose and needs to be different than the InventoryID field used on SOLine. I figured it would be easy to just re-use the StockItem attribute for a quick and easy selector. But I’m running into an error message and I’m not sure why. Hi everyone,in Projects screen (PM301000), i made a new custom action called “Not Activated” (for a specific purpose), and when the user click it the project status change to Not Activated also.But i can’t active the project or suspend it or complete it because the actions are disabled (like the screenshot).Note: I tried to set them enabled in the RowSelected event but nothing happened.Can anyone help? 

I received inventory in multiple UOMs using the conversion factor below my base UOM settings. Now I need to view the inventory summary in the two received UOMs. How can i see the 100M units and 1M units as two separate lines on inventory summary?

I am running into an issue where when I access the Default BOM ID from the manufacturing tab within Stock Items it pulls up the archived BOM revision instead of the active BOM. From the active BOM, I have selected ‘Actions’ → ‘Make Default BOM’ however it still routes me to the archived BOM even after trying to log out and back in to see if that would trigger the change. Anyone else having this issue? We are currently on 2020R2

Hi,We are trying to create a business event that sends and email when a shipment is confirmed. We have the business event working but for some reason the attached PDF of the Shipping confirmation is attaching without including any information about the shipment. I have attached a copy of the PDF that is being attached and one of what we would expect to see. Is there some step we might be missing that would allow the template to include the data in the confirmation PDF?

We have a user who’s last login on his user profile (SM201010) shows as two days ago, but the Status field on his user profile (SM201010) still shows as Online.  He is not currently doing anything in the system.   Just curious, does anyone know how/when that field resets to Active? Thanks,Andy

When running the 12-Month P&L Rolling ARM report in Acumatica based on the Budget Ledger, the report still displays values from the Actual Ledger. The Column Set or Row Set in the report is not specific to any ledger.Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could it be related to the report configuration or a missing setting in the ARM definition? Any insights or guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!

How do we set up a Restriction Group for Business Accounts? It seems an Entity Type is required to set up a Restriction Group, but in Restriction Groups there is not an Entity Type for Business Accounts. We are trying to restrict view and access to the Business Accounts to only the Owner of the Business Account. Thank you.

Hi! Right now we have a dialog box created for the ‘Close’ action on the cases screen for case owners to put in closure notes when closing a case.Is there a way to also add a pop-up note/reminder when user hit ‘close’? Are pop-up notes and dialog box the same in customization? Thanks!

On the customer screen (AR301000), we are trying to add some extra contact fields for the customer. We just need to have a selector where we choose the contact, but we keep getting an error message about the selector not having a callback event. Selector field on ScreenError message When selecting fieldAfter research, the ‘ctl00$phG$tab$t0$s0_s1_f2$’ just corresponds to where the field is located on the screen. How can a default report be setup to print out. In other words, if, in Sales Orders, we do a filter for all Repair Orders (RO Order Types), how can we ensure that a custom made Repair Orders form will print out instead of an Order Acknowledgement, or some other defaulted Generic Report. I understand that it may possibly be setup in the Sales Orders Preferences, but after that I am not sure how the process is further setup for a default report for a specific order type.

Hi! We have an email set up in Acumatica that is specially used to receive AP Bills. Incoming Mail Processing tab on the Email Account is set up like below. It should be submitting any attachments to the Incoming Documents screen.However, we have not been able to receive any of the attachments unless I go to the Send and Receive Email screen and perform the action to ‘Receive All.”I thought the documents would be received automatically… do I need to perform the step to process “Receive All” every time new emails come in?  Thanks!
