I got this error when i validate a Default endpoint without any extension, same with Admin user.

Most likely you don’t have the features enabled that are needed for the mentioned fields.
E.g. it seems you do not have Payroll module enabled. So, all Payroll-related fields cannot be validated properly, since technically the underlying system field does not exist (or is disabled).
