The stock item description disappears when I switch to another tab and then return to the Description tab.

So description is showing below;

 

But when you switch to other tab then return back to the description, it disappears;

​@zenith59  Do you have any customizations for the Stock Items screen? If yes, please un-publish the customizations and check once.

As this is default Acumatica tab, it won’t erase the data.
