Hi Acumatica,

May I ask if there is a way to create a shipment even if the quantity on hand is zero?

Is there a setup needed to procced the transactions?

Yes ​@Fie  We can create the ZERO qty shipment if the Qty OnHand is ZERO by enabling the below configuration the Sales Order Preferences screens. Please find the screenshots below for reference and hope that helps!
