Saw this really great video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weBglqXkBpA) from @Doug Johnson on Automated AP Bill Approvals with 3-way matching and he had 3 great side panels on the bills and adjustments screen that I would love to replicate.

  1. Related purchase orders
  2. Related REceipts
  3. Unbilled Vendor Receipts

He briefly showed the generic inquiries required to make the side panels but didn’t fully show them. I am trying to replicate it but was hoping someone had something similar that I could piggy back off.

@afranklin Yes. I created my own specific GIs. If you private message me with your email address I can share an XML copy of the Generic Inquiries I used for the video.

I’m hesitant to post all of the GIs because they are ‘fragile’ in the sense that they only work in certain scenarios. For example … I don’t think they would work in a scenario with multiple purchase orders and multiple receipts.

Thank you! Looking at the video from Doug, it seemed like he had to create a custom generic inquiry to create the side panels looking for. Watched the videos you sent but not sure I can recreate the side panels with existing screens?
