Hi Team,

We are trying to sync the open shipments from Acumatica to Shopify. while syncing facing below issue.
"The shipment has been filtered because it is not confirmed."
So, we disabled the SOOrderShipment.Confirmed field under result grid in BC-Shipments GI and verified still seeing the same Issue.

Can I get help on this how to do this.

Thanks in advance.

I am not an experienced integrator with Shopify, but based on other integrations I have worked with like Hubspot etc.

If this refers to the out of the box sync seem my advice below

If this refers to a customization you are using with Shopify Flow https://apps.shopify.com/flow... wont be much help to you

Disabling the Field wont resolve your syncing issue. Shopify integration is expecting to receive the value from this field to determine if the shipment is in an Open, Shipped, Invoice or Confirmed etc. state.

How Shopify defines open or “unfulfilled” may differ from how Acumatica defines open and thus how your business process/customers are expecting open. They use this field to filter out those not confirmed for a reason, I am just not aware of why.

I know there are some settings in Shopify about what to do with Fulfilled vs Paid orders...

If you want to redefine the “open” in Shopify away from the base, you may be able to modify the GI to send over a different value for the field that could achieve what you are after but not sure what ramifications this could have with the order processing in Shopify…
