hi, currently our salespeople receive commission on paid invoices only so we are using the payment option to calculate commission. However, if a customer is a discount customer and gets a discount if they pay in a certain amount of days, Acumatica is giving the salesperson commission on the discounted amount.ex: if the sale is for $1,000.00, discount is $10.00, the salesperson should be getting commission on the $1,000 but instead is getting commission on the $990.does anyone know how i can change this or work around this so the salesperson gets the correct commission amount on the full sale?  

Hi all, How do I fix this error when encoding of customer. At first, I was able to encode the details of customer, but in the past few days, it suddenly got an error and I don’t know what happen. I’ve already checked in numbering sequence module and the sequence are correct List of customer in branch of CUB 

The AP Aging report is created to run based on the Document Date (Bill/Invoice Date)  which at the end of the month leaves our AP out of balance with the General Ledger.  We have some bills that are dated for the end of one month, but not entered into Acumatica until the beginning of the next month.  I understand that the invoice date is important as this indicates when the bill is due so I don’t want to change that.  But is there any way to run the aging report on a transaction date (date that the bill was entered) as opposed to the invoice date so that our AP Aging report and General Ledger will balance?

Hi Team, I have a query on how the financial data from the legacy system can be migrated into Acumatica. Could you help on this topic. Basically, we would update the financial statements balances as an opening balance from the legacy system to acumatica tenant. Which includes Open AR, AP, cash balance, Fixed assets, inventories, GL balance(TB balance). Awaiting for your response. Thanks in advance,Nithya

Hi, I was run a vendor AP balance report and noticed that when my accountant did the reconcilations, there was some balance showing at the payments.I would like to ask how to i clear those balance and close those payments. Thank you.

Many of our customers (and my company, too) have begun using separate AP inquiry and invoice submission email addresses (e.g., accounting@ for inquiries and ap.invoices@ for invoices, etc.). As a result, when we send invoices or statements to a customer automatically, one of the other often is sent to the wrong address, unless we blast both addresses for everything, which is annoying if you’re on the receiving side. Is there any way to set up Acumatica to send customer invoices to a dedicated address and then use the general Billing contact email for statements (or vice-versa)?

Is there a known issue for all bank deposits not appearing.  I have 200+ ach transactions valued at $200,000 for deposit but only 172 for $160,000 are showing up.  What would be the reason for all transactions not showing up on the deposit?

Hi all, Does any one know how to reverse the Fixed assets has been depreciated?I try the “Reverse” action from the (...) Actions menu in the Fixed Asses profile screen. It revert all purchase, reconcile, depreciation accordingly, but all of my reversals posted to the same transaction date although transaction period is difference. When I export the report with the condition include tran.period & tran.date, it’s doesn’t show the reversal because it does not meet both conditions.I see the period of the reversal is correct & what I expect is the trans.date of the reversal should be same with the original date. Thanks

What is the maximum number of Fixed Assets that can be entered in Acumatica?

We have a P&L report in Acumatica where we have a column that calculates the percent of budget used. This column works for all lines except totals that add/subtract more than one line. The only reason I could suspect this is happening is because the system runs the line calculation after the column? I’m not entirely sure. I have tried creating an additional line that points at the total line but unfortunately it still does not calculate. Any thoughts?

I’m working on converting our costing method and testing the results in a test system, but I’m running into interesting results. So I’m looking for some recommendations on what we should do or what could be causing these issues?I have issued out 100% of our inventory so that our inventory balance and valuation are 0 on both reports. But our trial balance is showing values in multiple inventory accounts.I have closed/cancelled out all production orders that were in a  “In Process” status. I would expect this to bring all WIP accounts to $0, but again multiple accounts are showing values in there. Since I believe all of these accounts should be at $0 now should I clean these up and bring them down to $0 or am I missing something? I can’t tell exactly when these accounts stopped matching and I’m wondering if they were never tied out correctly from our go live.  Thanks for any help.

I have several accounts for intercompany transactions that have an account class of “IC”.  The client does not have different accounts for AR and AP intercompany.When they print the Balance Sheet, if the net of the Account Class is positive, they want it in the Asset section and if negative, they want it in the Liability section.Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do it?Thanks.

In implementing Acumatica, one of the features I wanted to add was the credit card feeds/ receipt storage. I wanted to know if Acumatica has a similar feature to SAP concur. We currently have a paper credit card processing and data entry environment. My goal is to convert to paperless via feeds and pics of receipts.  Does Acumatica have a similar application?  Thanks for your feedback.
