HiI received the error msg for the below , Not sure how to add it into the control account.Is there is any problem if we dont add in the inventory into control account? Actually system allow us to save and close it without problem. When next time we open again , there is no this kind of messgae pop up. 

Hi Not sure if anyone know what is the problem below?  We will do the prepayment and make the payment , however system pop up below message , I did check the cash account for the 10740 , Is it inside the cash acocount , aslo , for the vendor payment account also enter under same account 10740.Could anyone to advise? Hello, We are in the process of converting a customer from Sage 100 to Acumatica. In Sage 100 the customer has tokenized credit card information. The customer will be using the same credit card processor (Paya) for Acumatica as they used in Sage. The tokenized data should be the same. However we are finding that once converted Paya does not recognize the data. Has anyone done this type of conversion before?

Several customers have requested Financial Reports (P&L, etc.) by week.  In some cases they would like to look historically to compare a week in the current period to a historical period for trend analysis. In other cases they budget by week and revise their budget for next week based on last week.  A good example is a hotel chain where they look at room nights to determine staffing and supply requirements.  We are looking at Velixo and Power BI but would prefer to have an easy solution that is more out of the box and built with standard Acumatica tools.  Has anyone tackled this and can share their experience?  Anyone else need this functionality?

Hello everyone, I need advice on a particular situation...I have several communication bills that needs entering but for accounting purposes, it needs to hit different account e.g. accrued expense, cash in bank etc...is there a way that I can call them up in the bills and adjustment screen? instead of calling the item from the inventory? Thanks in advance,mrivera67

Hello,    In last Christmas and new year, we’ve sent some gift to our customers. So they don’t have to pay them. These invoices are with amount/balance on them.    I know, I can write off the invoices, or I can create a credit memo to offset it.     But from Accounting Angle,  what’s the best way to do it?    The people from my company said they wish these numbers can also be counted into Cost of Good Sold.

Client has the following accounts setup –Account A is an Expense Account with a Credit BalanceAccount B is an Expense Account with a Debit Balance They would like Account A to show as a positive on the P&L even though it is a Credit BalanceThey would like Account B to show as a negative on the P&L even though it is a Debit Balance The client is on the latest version of Acumatica How can I make this work?   ThanksMike

Hi SirWe would like to create a invetory code for new product line , the account code will be 14721 .We understand that the account code posting for inventory is controlled by posting class.Need to create a new posting class for this new product line.  When we create a new stock item and assign this new posting class, then system will post to these new account code. My question is what is posting class referring to?Is anyone can guide me how to do the above create the new posting class in system?Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you 

We are trying to use the ARM Project Reports for a rolling 12 months.  We would like to add the Task’s Revenue Budget in the report.  Has anyone tried that or have a better idea?

Q2 Q3 and Q4 , Currently, i would like to modify to Q1 and Q2 and delete and column for Q3 and Q4. I encountered the below error message . Customer is on version 2019 R2 and is wondering if this version includes the 1099 NEC changes.TanyaClient Success Manager

Out of 6 clients who went live, we encountered 2 clients having issues to export reports to PDF.1 client with 2 companies, had issue in 1 company having 5 branches, i.e all 5 branches in the 1 company are affected.This happens in 2019R2 build 19.205.0023. Anyone encountered this before?Trace on why cannot export to PDFAppreciate any valuable input.

Is there any way to see the Adjusted Cash balance in Acumatica?  it would essentially be the the value of bank account, plus unreconciled checks, minus unreconciled receipts, plus other adjustments such as reversals?  This is especially valuable when doing cash management exercises for bill payments.   Maybe this functionality already exists, but we just don’t know about it?

Hi SirWe do the same for 2 transaction for vendor Chubbsg and Platinum28 . Issue a Debit note to offset the Credit Adjustment.However,  CHUBBSG ‘s status is CLOSED  but PLATINUM28 ‘s status is OPEN .Plesae refer to belowIs there any one know what is the reason behind? 

I have a set of sales that I wish to isolate and reclass to a different account. Has anyone done this before? I’m not sure how to handle the shuffling out of one account into another, the finance segments in ACK have always been a weak-spot for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.Longer explanation: We started up a new division, but we didn’t know it would be it’s own full division until it grew. So now I need to take the sales for those items and put them to a new class to show a new profit center on our P&L. I can find the old/new accounts and sub accounts easily enough, but actually deducting from the old account and attaching everything to the new account without wrecking my system has me a bit nervous. Thanks in advance for your help!

We have instances where we are issued a credit from a vendor (which is a debit adjustment in Acumatica). We may not use them for future purchases for a long time, so we request a check be issued to us for the outstanding credit. When we receive that check,  can I apply it to the debit adjustment?

Hi Anyone know what is the problem below?We have make fund transfer in SGD currency (CF000057,SGD200,000 exchange currency is USD146659.42, However the journal transaction’s (S20110554) amount is not tally with Fund Transfer figure. I done 5 same transaction and only one transaction is capture incorrectly. Could anyone can advise what is the problem? How to make the adjustment in order to capture the correct figure? Hope to hear frmo you all soon
