STAT ledger type changed from statistical to budget during upgrade to 22 R1?

Has anyone else seen this issue in an upgrade to 22 R1? STAT ledger changed ledger types from statistical (20 R2) to budget (22 R1). This causes an issue where postings can no longer be made on the JT screen due to the ledger change.

I’ve opened a high priority case with Acumatica support on this but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. I checked our other clients who have moved to 22 R1, and they did not have statistical ledgers setup to verify if others have been affected by this.

The Statistical ledger type has been changed to the Budget after upgrade as a result of an improvement implemented in the financial management processes in the 2021 R1 Acumatica ERP Version:
