Tax Registration ID required when 1099 Vendor box is checked

Currently when you check the box to mark a Vendor as a 1099 Vendor, there is no requirement to fill in the Tax Registration ID. It would be good to have the Tax Registration ID become required to be filled in so it is not forgotten when selecting the Vendor as a 1099 Vendor.

This can be done through a customization. I would also suggest making this an idea for Acumatica for a future release.
