System Monitor - Multiple Requests in Progress

We are on a SaaS instance. In System Monitor we have many pages of “Requests In Progress”Are these hung processes that are really still running and reducing system resources? Is there anything we should do to stop these processes?

Hi, We upgraded to Acumatica Cloud ERP 2022 R2 Build 22.212.0046, and since then we are getting this error every now and then. Our users are getting tired of this already. Any one experiencing the same issue?

Has anyone created custom dashboards or business events to help track essential system metrics, such as user activity, system health, or security related information? While we’re familiar with the existing screens and reports, we’re looking for solutions that provide streamlined insights. All the customer environments cannot be accessed

Hi, Our all customer sites are not accessible now. Server seems to be down. I have no notifications on version upgrades today. Is there any issue going on?

CS Error: Cannot generate the next number for the BATCH sequence because it is expired.

Hi, I am trying to release this attached bill but keep on getting this error, I have updated the numbering sequence as well for some reason few bills are still returning this error. Anyone else encountering same problem?

Is it safe to Clean SMEmail table in Database, because Emails can NOT be truly deleted from Screen.

Hello, We use Acumatica to send emails often, and the outing going emails are actually not needed. It takes me a lot time and effort to delete them twice on screen “All emails” CO409070. But I happened to find these records, even if I have clicked delete twice on screen to delete(first time make processed to deleted, second time makes it disappeared from screen.) The table space usage are NOT actually reduced. Because it is still in DB, just with “DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 ”. I am not quite understand why this is designed this way. My question is, if we just Delete * from SMEmail where CreatedDateTime <='2022-09-30 20:30:55.027' and DeletedDatabaseRecord =1 . Would it be OK?

Has anyone moved from Acumatica hosted to private hosting?

As we try to track down the root cause of performance issues (with limited tools, since we don’t have server visibility), I’ve considered moving us from Acumatica Cloud to a private cloud. For the cost of adding dedicated resources to our Acumatica Cloud hosting, we could spin up some pretty substantial resources out in Azure that we could directly manage. I know there are license/subscription concerns to be addressed with our partners, and I’m not too worried about those right now. I’m more curious if anyone has made this move, what led to the decision, what the process was like, and if you feel it was a good decision in the long run.

Business Event Missed or Delayed

Is there any way to increase the priority on running business events? It seems like when the system is busy during imports or automation schedules, it either does not process business events or delays it a very long time. Has anyone solved this before?

Why are ERP Transactions getting counted twice?!?

I’ve been hearing that Acumatica cares more and more lately about ERP Transactions (vs. Commercial Transactions) so it’s super important that companies keep an eye on how many ERP Transactions they have each month and that they aren’t going over the number of ERP Transactions that they are licensed for or they will start having to pay more for Acumatica. I’m ok with ERP Transactions, they make sense to me, but I noticed a scenario where what I consider to be 1 transaction actually counts as 2 ERP Transactions. Can someone from Acumatica (maybe @Aliya) explain why this is happening? You can see the scenario shown in my demo environment (no customizations) in this 4 minute video segment:

Is anyone experiencing issues when clicking into a project or task, the new window opens an empty project or task instead of the populated one you opened up? If I then go back to the original screen and open it again, the correct project or task will open up.

Why are emails stuck in Emails Pending Processing Screen?

Hi! What would cause emails to be stuck in Email Pending Processing Screen? I am using expense approval email template to automatically send email to approvers that there is an expense pending approval. Some emails go out fine, but some remain in the Emails Pending Processing screen. When I hit the ‘Process” button, no error is given, and email goes out perfectly. But is there a way for email notification to send out automatically without having to hit “process”?

AUNotificationTemplate Space usage

My AUNotificationTemplate table size is 10GB. We do hold a number of notification templates, none of them hold a full history (none of them even hold more than 10 executions in history). Does this table handle more than just automation notifications? What areas might I use to decrease the size of this table? Thanks!

Unable to install builds update

Is build update restricted to SAAS accounts? Whenever we tried updating the site it says this error “Update could not be performed, because file 'c:\deployment\sites\PR00003841\siteroot\bin\CommandLine.dll' is locked by another process.”

Fields search bar does not work for one user

Why can't I prepare a dunning letter even though the customer has an overdue invoice?

Hi everyone, Can anyone help me explain my business case with dụnning letter, the picture below is a dunning letter generated on Feb 13, but on Feb 14 there is another overdue invoice but when I go to the dunning letter screen to prepare on Feb 15 I can't see this customer.As a result, I sent a dunning letter to the customer and missed the overdue amount of the above invoice. I expect to be able to prepare a dunning letter when an invoice is overdue, or I misunderstood something, please correct me. Thanks in advanced.

Outlook add in no details

Every few days, our Outlook add in stops working for all users. In Outlook, you click on the ribbon and the add in does nothing and the sidebar is blank. The only way we’ve found to fix this is to uninstall then reinstall the add in. The add in is managed at a admin/company wide level and it can take a number of hours for the uninstall/reinstall process to work.

Trace screen timeout

Has anyone else been experiencing the “circle of death” when trying to open the trace screen to review errors: I and many of my customers are experiencing this. It’s not on any particular screen, it’s been all screens. It started happening a few weeks ago. It is not customer specific. I’ve had many customers complain about this.

Create PO from Project PM301000

Is it possible to Create Purchase Order from Project PM301000? We set all items we use for that project on Cost Budget Tab (including inventory id, qty). When creating PO, we will go to Purchase Order PO301000 and add ADD PROJECT ITEM, and only inventory id goes in. We expect the system will take the qty & unit from Project so we don't have to input that data again.
