All the customer environments cannot be accessed

Hi,

Our all customer sites are not accessible now. Server seems to be down. I have no notifications on version upgrades today. Is there any issue going on?

Thank you. Already created a case. And I checked for emails which inform the maintenance I found nothing for today.

I recommend checking your profile within the partner portal and verify you have “IT and SaaS Notices” activated. You may not receive maintenance emails if this is not marked. I am unsure if this has changed but this setting should allow you to receive maintenance notifications.

I got this error this morning as well. Acumatica was doing maintenance on sites. Check with support to see which of your clients are affected by this.

Additionally, you can track maintenances and current downtimes on https://status.acumatica.com/

The emails usually come a few days before planned maintenance. I missed mine as well.
