Does someone have an Import Scenerio to add Note in Shipment Summary? Thank you

At first I would click on an email and the add-in and the add-in would prompt me to sign in, create a lead, view or do anything else but now it just displays an empty screen. 

Hi everybody,We are looking for a solution on how to convert a stock item to another new item when inventory was moved to a certain Warehouse.Example: Warehouse 1 is the main warehouse where we sell Product having SKU AAA for it’s original price. Now, there is a Warehouse 2 where we move items that are still usable but has quite damage and sold for lesser price. We need that Product AAA converted to a separate product, like SKU AAA-2, since we don’t want to track the inventory of items already moved to Warehouse 2 on the original item AAA. Will that be possible? That transferring an item from one warehouse to another will also move the quantity from original item SKU to new (or another) SKU?  

Hi everyone,We use the mobile app for a while. The problem is when review the list. The first column should be the inventory id or location id. But the screen is showing the description for the inventory id or location id. I have no idea how it happened. I checked the code in Mobile Application. It’s use the current field. Anyone knows this problem ? Thank you so much.  

We are trying to decide if we should use Matrix items. We sell wall block that comes in a variety of different colors. We don’t care how many of each color we have on hand, only the TOTAL number of blocks at a particular location. We DO need to see which color a customer purchased, so that we can keep track for their future purchases. Ideally we would have one item number for the block with each color as an attribute. Will this work for us?

Our base currency is ZAR which is around 20:1 to the USD.When our approval values go through, I need them to translate into our base currency.In the following example, a PO for the following USD values:Will have the following ZAR values:This is how I have setup the approvals:The above example should have gone to the >150,000 approver, but went to the <150,000 approver.  Which field should I rather use that would use the base currency instead of the PO currency?  I have tried Line Total and I think Order Total.

Hello,        We have multiple branches, like branch 1 and branch 2. For customer A, both branches served the customer years ago and also issuing invoices separately.        However, starting from this year, only branch 2 is serving the customer.But every time, when we prepare customer statement for Customer A. It looks like system also generate 2 statements, 1 is for Branch 1 and the other is for branch 2.Branch 1 statement is empty and unnecessary.      Is there a way to excluding branch 1?  

"Print Shipment Confirmation" under Process Shipments screen can only print shipments before confirmed. Can this be changed to can also print after confirmed?

Hello,     We’d like to receive some customer’s payments twice a month.Like for invoices from 1st to 15th, should pay us all on 15th of this month.And invoices from 16th to the end, should pay us on the end of this month.     But as I checked, the credit terms looks like not supporting this .Could this be achevied?

 Does anyone know if the sales order freight price can be pulled into this screen (circled in red below).  I am going to make a customization to bring the dollar price from sales order over to this screen but i want to make sure i am not missing something in setup that will already fill it in.  Thank you

Hi all, I want to write a program to fetch invoice via Acumatica openAPI and send to clients. My problem is after send invoice to clients, I want to add a note to the invoice in the Acumatica. I checked openAPI and can not find any endpoints related to modify invoice. I only found a /Invoice/{actionName} endpoint maybe can do that. Also I can’t find any action like add a note. Does anyone have any idea on this?   

Hello,Is it possible to customize and change up the workflow on the Warehouse Automation directed picking, packing on the hand held scanners.  The default and current workflow is terrible, you need to keep scanning and the screen does not even show you much info.  There are no way to manual bypass by touching and selecting location / sku numbers.  Also there is no way to change the UOM when picking either cases or by each. We need to make the picking process as fast as possible.

Hi,  I have some bigger (lightweight) items that cannot ship via a regular small parcel carrier. Is there a way to limit the ShipVia codes when this item is on a SO? 

can you sell both Eaches and Cases of the same item from the same warehouse? Also these products will have there own GTIN codes with them 

We sell a large and varied catalog of items, a segment of which is rope sold by the foot - one issue we deal with is getting shipments to be generated without splitting the location. When a customer orders 100ft of rope they generally want a single 100ft section and we don’t want pickers to pull from multiple locations to fulfill the line item. If we have stock in multiple locations, it would ideally drive the pick list to a single location based on the pick priority that has sufficient quantity for the entire line item. No split allowed I’ve wrapped my head around this multiple times trying to sort out the most clever way to force Acumatica not to split location IDs on these items or locations but failed to come up with anything that solves the issue. We have discount codes setup and assigned for all our items using item price class and customer price class and discounts are being applied properly in the SO document.However we also have special net customer prices setup for certain customers and items and in this case the price class discount is applied on top of the customer price we setup in sales prices.When a customer price is setup should this not be the final price and no other discounts applied?

We have a prospect who is ready to purchase Acumatica but have run into an issue with Landed costs.The prospect imports multiple items with different duty rates in one shipment from one vendor. When applying landed costs they need a way to parse the items that by class in order assign different duty rates.I thought of 2 solutions and need to know if either path would work:Add an Item Class filter to the Add PO lines panel or, Add an item class column to the landed cost TAB detail sectionSolution 2 would be ideal, if I understand properly, because it would allow a user to add multiple custom codes that would apply to only a particular class of goods.Am I correct? If so I will look at doing the modification.

Hello,       We are having some negotiated items with customer, which we markup fixed amount based on cost.Like Item A,  FIFO, fixed markup amount $ 5 per case       First Purchase,   $20 per case, then we sell $25 per case       second purchase, $30 per case , then we sell $35 per case.Supposing we are having 100 cases $20 item A and 400 cases $30 cases item A.The perfect solution we are seeking for:  is it possible that,  after the 100 cases of $20 be sold out, then the sales price automatically jump up to $35.If this is not possible right now. Is there a way that can automatically reminder the human that the 100 cases of old inventory be sold out, you have to update the price.Please advise. Thank you.

I am trying to configure the create and authorize process for our client but cannot get it to pick up credit card payments.From what I read and currently understand, I can use the Create and Authorize function in the Process Orders to look at all orders I want to ship and get a credit card pre-authorization.Client business process:The company will create products that are pre-sold up to 3 months before delivery. The same sales order may have multiple lines with different promise dates. When the product is ready to ship, the company will get a pre-authorizations to know what shipments should be created.
