Why is minimum order quantity 0 on MRP Detail Inquiry

I have this item which shows a minimum order quantity of 0, but it should show 250.

Not sure why I’m missing.

I found that if I entered a quantity for Safety Stock, and then regenerated MRP, the Min. Order Qty was added to Detail Inquiry.
