Options to have Owner selector on Purchase Order and other Transactions show all Employees

Hi All,

 

I am currently wondering if there is a different way of making Employee records available to show in the Employee selector box.

 

I know that Workgroup members can select their fellow teammembers.

 

Our use case is that the Purchasing Team needs to assign an Owner of the PO different than their Group. It can be anybody within the organization. 

 

As they are not using the complete Request, Requisition, Order process this would not pull over.

 

Any suggestions on how to effectively manage this by not creating a Workgroup with all Employees that needs to be maintained every time a new Employee is hired?

Have you setup RowLevel Security for Employees or Workgroups? If yes can you share your config here?

No Row-Level Security currently in place.

If you do not have row level security then owner selector shows everyone regardless of the workgroups if you have not customized the selector attributes.

Thank you. I will need to double check if something else might be causing this such as the Selector Attributes.
