Create a sales quote and approval email triggered to respective employee.
As soon the documents is sent for approval the email triggered.
Sales quote is approved
User edit the sales quote and sent again for approval, Now the email is not triggered again.
Any suggestion how to get an email alert when user requested approval for the edits.

Looks like this issue been fixed since 22R115 (build 22.115.0035)

AC-247250 The notifications when request approval for Sales Quotes , are not sent to approver from time to time .
If a sales quote had the <i>Pending Approval</i> status, sometimes the system did not send a notification to the approver.

Please share a screenshot of the approval map. Depending on how it’s set up, it should trigger it again.
+10Acumatica’s out of box Approval when creates a Pending Approval record in EPApproval table, if a notification is assigned always sends notification either first or second time (see the Approval Persist Method). In fact always when you put a document on hold for modification and then release from hold, Acumatica clears the Approval Log and starts over right from beginning UNLESS you have customization.
