Hi Team,I am using TAXJAR (in Acumatica Build 22.106.0015) as an external tax provider to calculate taxes. I have a customization on the Sales Order screen. I have written logic in ‘Remove Hold’ action. As per core Acumatica implementation Remove Hold execution results in executing Persist() method and that ultimately initiates the external Tax Provider, which re-calculates taxes.But I do not want this to happen. So when my custom code executes on Remove Hold the external Tax Plugin Provider should not execute and re-calculate taxes and remains as it is.Is there a way to achieve this, can you please let me know the best possible way to achieve this. Hello!I am required to get selected the Credit Term on the Sales Order based on the Customer Location or the Order Type, but currently it only provides the option to maintain the term for customer.Is there any way that I can alter this credit term selection?Best Regards
I have a weird issue, I couldn’t find a known reported issue/fix for. 2023 R2Sales Order generated for 150 units at 10 units/case.We had 98 available in inventory. The system allocated 98, we only shipped 90, due to ‘ship case quantity restrictions’, and canceled the shipment line for 8 units.More inventory became available, recently, system allocated 76 units. Math says we should have expected 60 to complete the 150. Total ordered is showing 166 on SOOrderLine. Everything looked fine in the Audit History. We can track the order allocating all available inventory (known issue for us). We followed our process to cancel the partial case. SOOrderLine totals looked fine until inventory was allocated to the shipment this morning. We fixed the issue with this order, but I am trying to understand how this occurred so we can avoid delays/issues in the future. If the second shipment allocated as 70 or 80, we could have overshipped a case without visibility until we got feedback from the

Is there a way to set a Project ID by default at Vendor Level so whenever a PO or an AP Bill is created it populates automatically?I see that that there is an option for Customers, but not for Vendors.Thanks

Hello, I have run into an issue where multiple users are using different order types, By Default Sales order preferences is set to SO. If I remove and save it to Blank,when I go to create a sale order it then repopulates with SO. Is there a way to force it to be blank so that the users loading orders have to select the order type each time. Cheers, Nathan

New Form/Grid program error sequence contains no matching element. In the customization project, I can see the field when I add data fields, but when I save I get the error. It happens if I add a data field to the form or to the grid.I have written similar programs to this that work. Cannot figure out what I have wrong on this one. Where would I find information on 3 way PO matching in Acumatica?
Is there a way to show a budget warning for the issuance of the inventory related to project? Currently we can tag a project on the issue inventory. However, since this is related to a project, a budget control should also be considered when processing the issuance. Is there any answer to this?

I’m having trouble linking an existing Sales Order to an existing PO that contains a nonstock item. The PO Source is ‘Purchase to Order’, but when I search under the vendor, the PO does not list. Is there some rule where you cannot link nonstock items? Or is there some setting I am not considering
Does anyone know the answer to this question from our customer? We are getting ready to go live with the ability to ship internationally out of Acumatica. We were testing a shipment this morning and comparing the label that printed to the label that prints from UPS Worldship, and the Worldship label has a second label printed that is a barcode version of the commercial invoice. Is it possible that we can get the commercial invoice that is created in acumatica to also print out as a second label to be placed on the package? We were told by our UPS rep that the second barcode label needs to be on the box so customs can scan and bring it up electronically.
Greetings Acuamtica Community,I am on 2024 R1 version . I do not have the WMS module as my business doese not require all the bells and whisltes. I am looking for a 3rd party, hand held scanners to work with Acumatica to perform simply tasks, issue material of production orders/ sales orders , transfers between locations, receipts. Can anyone recemmend anyone other than FUSION ? Does anyone have experience with Team Viewer?
We recently came across an error when working in the Orders module. We have a Pop-Up note active for Customer A. When we create an SO order for Customer A, the Pop-Up note appears, passing along vital information. We also have a Pop-Up note configured for an Inventory ID - #5000.When Customer A is purchasing Inventory ID #5000, it attempts to pull up and show both Pop-Up notes simultaneously. This is giving an “error”, which keeps the user from viewing either note. Is there a way to have both notes show?The scenario more specifically this occurs with, is when you are converting a Quote to an SO using the “Copy Order” button.

Is there a best practice to setting up cycle counts? No matter what I try, the cycle count is selecting too many items. I tried a couple of different configurations for one of my company’s warehouses. The warehouse in question has about 13,000 items and I want to count every item 3 times per year spread out over the full year. I tried setting up a single cycle with a count frequency of 3 and assigned it to all items in the warehouse. I also set up multiple cycles, all with a frequency of 3 and randomly assigned them to items. Lastly, just for testing I created a cycle with a count frequency of 52. In every case Acumatica returned over 5,000 items to count in the first cycle count. This many items defeats the purpose of a cycle count. I would expect at a frequency of 3, the system would return 3,250 items to count [(13,000 * 3)/12]. What am I doing wrong?
Hello Everyone,I am playing around with various costing method scenarios in right now. Let’s say I enter a PO for 10 of an item at $100. This item is costed at FIFO. Let’s say the accompanying AP Bill is for $120. I understand there will be $20 going to PPV and $20 going to Purchase Accruals. The cost of the item stays at $10/unit even though the bill was for $120. Is there anyway to retroactively update that item’s cost to $12/unit for this PO/Receipt? If anyone has suggestions or ideas that would be great. Maybe there is an industry standard.Thanks

Hello,What about VAT when a customer balance is written-off :The reason code allows to post the whole bad debt to an expense account. However, VAT cannot be booked with a reason code though the customer money will never be cashed in.How do you deal with these situations? What about having a tax category attached to a balance write off?Thx
Hi,I was trying to find out what could be the possible reasons for the mismatch between Inventory Valuation report balance against the Inventory GL Account. I have noticed that there were manual entries posted to the GL Account with inventory movement. Howvere, after the reconcilation with these GL entries there is some more mismatch. What could be the any possible reasons for these.
Hi Everyone ,Pleaase Assist . i have client that would like to get a POR report that excludes returned receipt lines. I thought i could use the returned Quantity of receiptline DAC.However this field is not available on the report , i check the DAC and it gave me the following : the field is no-existent in the DBIs there a way i cant exclude returned receipts except for this one, please assist.
