I configured out clients Easypost account and was able to easily add nearly all the UPS services I need EXCEPT for Worldwide services.I checked on Easyposts’ site and they do support them but they don't show up in my available services. What am I doing wrong?    

Can the Customer Portal be configured so the Customer can input  a few fields of data about specific products the customer purchased?  

Is there an option for promise date for in-transit items like we have with purchase orders. The only date option I see there is expiration date. I’m trying to keep track of when inventory will be available for customer purchase in our reports, but I’m struggling with in-transit items/transfer orders. 

Hi All, I am trying to add a Selector column onto the Location Selector that will show the Base UOM of the Item: For the Inventory ID itself it is pretty straight forward:Yet, when I follow the same logic for the Location, it reduces the Selector to Location ID and Description rather than adding the Base UOM. I tried it with InventoryItem and INTran UOM.Any guidance on how I can accomplish this?I am just not sure what the steps would be to add the UOM onto a Selector field where the Primary DAC is not really related to the Inventory ID. Yet, QTY on Hand shows up, so there has be some relation to the Inventory ID we could utilize?Any help or ideas are appreciated!

Hi,Recently I get acquainted with fields cash account and payment method while creating BillI discovered that in Acumatica cash account and payment method are linked and have their own logic, that does not allow to create cash account with unsuitable payment method and vice versa.My aim is to verify that cash account and payment method are valid. I started searching and found PaymentMethod entity in endpoint However, I cant found Cash Account entity here. I can open only cash account screen My question is : how cash account and payment method are linked ? For example : I need to create bill, I can do GET request to PaymentMethod and retrieve paymentMethod, but how to get valid cash account ?I know that I can check available cash account in Payment Method tab But I need to automatize it. How can I get available cash account for specific Payment method by request ?Thanks

Is it possible to convert a Quote to a Blanket Sales Order? 

I had stumbled upon an Inquiry screen that allowed me to Preview and Export to Excel ALL InventoryItems and their respective field values including Attributes. I am struggling to find that Inquiry. The output Excel filename began with Preview - InventoryItem Inventory Item then the export date.Looking for help finding such a standard Acumatica Inquiry screen.Thank you,-Don Green

Is it possible on a per shipment basis using the standard Fedex plugin to specify that signature is or is not required. We know how to setup the Carrier so that the Service dictates whether signature is required or it is ALWAYS required or not required but it would be nice to dynamically specify that per shipment or per customer. Additionally, Big Commerce supports the ability to specify special shipping instructions, these do not currently integrate to Acumatica and there is also no location to even manually enter those so that they would be included on the shipment. Sending special delivery instructions would be a great feature. 

The “Sold Since Functionality of Inventory Lookup in Sales Orders” seems doesn’t work properly. The second week of March we upgraded from 21R1 to 22R1.  Immediately after the upgrade all of our incoming emails related to purchase orders started failing processing with this error: CR Error: Unable to create new case. Business Account is Vendor. Following the hint of the error message, I created customer accounts for a couple vendors.  While this makes the error go away, these messages are now turned into Cases instead of being attached to the related entity. This seems to only be an issue for purchase orders.  Our incoming sales order emails are attaching activities normally.  Originally I thought it was because those emails come from Customers and not Vendors.  However, at the end of this message I’ll go over some of the testing I did before posting here.  The results suggest this is more than just a vendor/customer issue. Prior to the upgrade, we had a total of 20 incoming purchase order email messages fail for some reason or another.  Now, they're all failing until I create a c

I stock an item, generally sell ten units a month. I have a one-time sale for a customer who buys 100, but I don’t want this sale to impact my moving monthly average.Is there a way to mark the transaction for this purpose?

Our setup seems to limit printing a sales order if the account is on hold. Is there a way to change this so we can still print the sales order but not approve it yet?

Good dayI have a scenario where I created one sales order with multiple lines and the stock is coming from multiple warehouse as per the screenshot below, where I am picking stock from 3 different warehouse  I have seen that Acumatica forces me to create a single shipment per warehouse, thus three shipments from one order , creating too many documents I do not need, yet I just need one shipment and a single shipment CONFIRMATION (MY Delivery note).Is it possible to create one shipment from a sales order with multiple line items from different warehouses? How best can I manage such a situation?

Hello Everyone,I am playing around with various costing method scenarios in right now. Let’s say I enter a PO for 10 of an item at $100. This item is costed at FIFO. Let’s say the accompanying AP Bill is for $120. I understand there will be $20 going to PPV and $20 going to Purchase Accruals. The cost of the item stays at $10/unit even though the bill was for $120. Is there anyway to retroactively update that item’s cost to $12/unit for this PO/Receipt?   If anyone has suggestions or ideas that would be great. Maybe there is an industry standard.Thanks

when i put the inventory id in the details tab of the sales order form, i get the following error " inventory of inventory id does not exist in the system". so i am unable to process the new sales order.

Hello, My company has a generic inquiry they use to show when items will go on back order at the line item by using this comparison in the conditions tab of the generic inquiry.So we are wanting to see items where the quantity available is less than the quantity ordered. Simple enough. However, the QtyAvail from the InSiteStatus table seems to be subtracting the qty from the order quantity first, then making the comparison. Therefore, we are seeing items on this GI where they may be 400 available and 300 ordered. But the “Qty Avail” in the GI is saying 100 available, because it already pulled the 300 for that order. So it is showing that order on the report, even though that one is good.  Any ideas on how to fix this, or maybe another better way to show items that are going to be put on Back Order?  Thanks!

How has anyone set up box barcodes in Acumatica for shipping? When using the mobile app, it asks you to scan the box when you pack. You can simply type in the box code such as A but the client would like to scan the label for the box. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Our company often receives one line on a PO across multiple deliveries, requiring multiple Purchase Receipts to complete the line.We would like to ease the AP workflow by using ‘Automatically create AP bills’, but we have found that Acumatica only allows one (unreleased) AP Bill for each PR. Our accountant has to manually find each purchase receipt, click ‘Create AP bill’, release the AP Bill, then move on to the next PR. For hundreds of PRs, this becomes rather tedious.Is there any setting to enable the creation of AP Bills from each PR one-to-one without having to release the AP bills beforehand?Preferably, AP bills would be automatically created each time Logistics releases the PR, then Accounts just needs to batch release using Release AP process.
