I post one wrong invoice post to in module with unit cost but I create credit memo back when post in module the unit cost zero. Could guide me. 

We’re trying to find a solution to alert users, especially our Purchasing Department, that a dead inventory item in another warehouse is being ordered via mark-for-po on the sales order.  We have (5) warehouse locations spread-out across our geographic that all carry lots of inventory.  What we’ve noticed is that our purchasing department has occasionally been processing PO’s in the Create Purchase Order screen for items that are considered dead inventory in another warehouse.  Ideally, we’d prefer to transfer that stock to fulfill any orders in other warehouses instead of ordering more from the vendor.  We manage our dead inventory list in an excel file (exported out of Acumatica).  We tried to use the “Pop-Up” not on the stock item that essentially said “THIS IS A DEAD INVENTORY ITEM IN ANOTHER WAREHOUSE - PLEASE CHECK OTHER WAREHOUSES”.  However, we learned that this note does not pop-up to the user when processing the line in the Create Purchase Order Screen.  The pop-up

Hello Everyone,Coming from an SAP B1 background to Acumatica, how do you raise multiple shipments against a sales order if you only use one warehouse, without having to confirm the first one.In SAP there is a function called Pick Pack Manager which allows as many pick lists as you need that can be then consolidated into a single delivery docket or shipment.How does Acumatica deal with this type of setup.I know this is an SAP setup however it is extremely useful if you need to pick items at different stages and then ship them together on a single delivery docket or shipment.      

I am trying to add a column to the GI for the Inventory Issues screen. I just want to  add the Project ID so that I can filter on it. I have tried adding what I have thought was the correct table, but it is not pulling the information. This is the screen I am referring to:When I select an Issue, I want to following column to show up on the first screen:Please help!

This is an oldie but a goodie.Customers often request management of the relationship between Items sold and Customers and/or Item purchased and suppliers.SalesItems can fall into the following categories:Item can be sold to anyone Items can only be sold to specific customers Items cannot be sold to specific customersPurchasesItems can fall into the following categories:Item can be bought from anyone Items can only be purchased from specific suppliers Items cannot be purchase from specific suppliers.Why:  Not infrequently required by customers.  Available in other erp.

Acumatica RQRequisition.Status defines Closed status as… Closed: Reflects that the requisition was fulfilled and the requested items were received. The requisition gets this status if the order quantity is zero for all items in the requisition. However, my test requisition is still in Released status even after receiving the purchase order that is linked. I went as far as creating the Bill and Releasing it. I also made sure that the linked Sales Order is shipped, created Invoice, and Release AR Invoice. I feel like I’m missing something, does anyone have any ideas?  

Hello Community!I continue to receive requests to integrate with WorldShip.  From my investigation, the native USP integration does not work with WorldShip. And neither ShipStation nor Easy Post integrate with WorldShip.Is my understanding correct? Are there any solutions out there? Thank you.  

I think I am missing a step?  I am trying to set promotional pricing for specific customer for one product type.  I set up the promotional discount, linked added customer.  I also checked “specific to promotions” in SO preferences.  

HiI am looking at implementing Project WIP for the first time and would like to draw on the experience of others. This is just using Projects in the Enterprise Edition and not the Construction Edition.I have worked through the allocations process to transfer costs to the WIP account. This looks like it will create a lot of additional transactions - credit every cost and then re-debit it on release of AR Invoice. Is it best to have the allocations created for every transaction or periodically to reduce the transaction volumes (eg on a daily basis)?I don’t see any standard WIP reports in the Project reports. Are there any available to assist with reconciliation of Project WIP to the Balance Sheet accounts?Any other suggestions or advice to have the WIP process flow efficiently and well for users? ThanksKevin Long 

As a user, I would like to see not only the item ID in the scan message, but also the description. Does anyone know how to extend this? Unfortunately, I did not find anything in the attributes of the Message field. 

I carefully named the column headings in the GI ready to Import to Power Bi and then when Imported there are different column names. Why is this and how can I resolve this?

Our company typically has 1,000 projects open at any time.  We also have over 1,000 stock items at our warehouses.  Any of these stock items can be used on a project.  How do we issue a stock item to a project where the inventory at the warehouse is relieved and the item quantity and cost are captured on the project?  This seems like a very basic scenario that is difficult in Acumatica.  Thanks for your comments.

Using 2021 R2.  We have an order that was shipped in full in one shipment.  The order stays in Back Order status.  Why?

When a Purchase order has been received and later returned. We need the system to block the bill of the PO Receipt.On the PO Receipts the history Tab will show the Returned items.Sample Scenario:Purchase 10 items.Receive all 10 items. Return 5 Items and create and release the Debit Adjustment to return the 5 items.On the  Purchase Receipt, when I enter AP Bill the Bill QTY is 10 and it does not consider the 5 Items that I have returned.How can I stop the Enter AP Bill for all 10 items 

Hi @all,our client creates non-stock kits as templates.When they add those templates to a Quote or Sales Order they want to change components and quantities there.Does anyone know, if this is possible? Or do you have any idea, how to solve this requirement?Kind regards Michael

Acumatica will only allow us to add 10 payment methods per customer. This is an issue as some customers have more than 10. All of them are not active, but even if a payment method is inactive, it cannot be deleted if it was used on an invoice.

We are using our own freight trucks to pick up inventory from manufacturers. We want to include the freight cost in the cost of those items that were purchased from the manufacturer but picked up by our trucks. We do not need an AP bill for this transaction since its not third party. Is there a way to use the landed cost process without creating an AP bill?Just FYI, we come up the with the freight cost by using a home grown freight cost estimator tool. Takes the overhead cost, repairs, maintenance, fuel price and mileage to come up with the freight cost. We would like to use the landed cost screen to enter that information and distribute the freight cost to the items on the PO without ACU forcing an AP bill. Is anyone needing this functionality?  

Is possible to restrict this field for specific users?

Hello Acumatica Community. No doubt others have had the same issue. Where a salesperson wasn’t entered against a customer and Sales Orders have been processed without a sales person.Is there any possible way to go back and add the sales person for correct reporting?

Hi all,As the title says, I was wondering if there was a setting that would allow me to partially invoice a shipment. In this scenario, the customer wants 2 separate invoices for the taxable and non taxable items which were all send out on a single shipment. When I try to remove lines, it returns an error saying ‘SO Error: Sales Order/Shipment cannot be invoiced partially.’ Thanks!

Does anyone know how to add a side panel for UPS/Fedex Tracking hyperlinks? I saw it partially in a video (by Tim Rodman) but it did not show the full steps.For example, I am not able to put ((Tracknbr) in the Field below, it only allows ShipmentNbr.We use StarShip for shipments.
