With that said, I’d be curious about your transfers. Does your business/client have multiple warehouses and are these transfers being made between warehouses? If so, then you should consider using “Transfer Orders” from the Sales Order Module, which does support the approval of transfers prior to being released to shipping.
If you’re in a multi-warehouse environment and the transfer of materials is a thing for, I would strongly recommend not only enabling this feature, but also to include transfer replenishment as part of your replenishment planning configuration.
