After pushing images from acumatica to Shopify, I deleted the image in shopify to test a re-sync. It failed to push out the image and gives me the following.   After that I can’t get the images to resynch correctly even with a full prepare and process. It there a way correct this? also how are others managing multiple images with matrix items and variants? 

When trying to hit the ‘+’ button on Vendors screen, a pop-up with following error message comes up:Error: [DiscTakenSubID] '00000 ' cannot be found in the system. Please verify whether you have proper access rights to this object.Don’t know what that means. If anybody knows anything about it, or anything similar, please reach out.Thanks

Hi all,I have searched high and low for this but cant seem to find an answer.Is it possible for a direct vendor return without the item returning back into our warehouseHere is the scenarioCustomer orders item, item is fault, vendor says they will pick it up from the customer, I will credit the customer and the vendor will credit meIt appears to me that I can only create a customer return to bring it back into stock and then a purchase return to send it back to the vendor so the item does look like it was returned to my warehouse at some point when it was not

Does anyone else do floorplan with their vendors?  For those unfamiliar with the term, we purchase equipment inventory from our primary vendors, and we do not pay for the inventory until either the inventory sells, or the vendor financing expires.We have a working solution, but we’re hoping to find other companies that are also doing it to compare notes.

We have multiple campaigns and discount codes running at any time, and we noticed that Acumatica can’t handle all the discount codes. Have have automatic and static types, all forms of types based on customer type and order method. Right now, most of the discount codes are only in BigCommerce since we can’t build them all in Acumatica. it has a 200 discount code limit. We have email, catalog, phone, fax, and online discount codes. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? How are you managing it? Software's, integrations, API, etc… Please let me know. We want to have a platform to manage this for reports too to manage whether the campaigns tied to the discount codes are efficient. Thanks!

I’m currently upgrading to 21r2. I have a business need for a warehouse restocking report. This is different than a replenishment or purchasing report.My goal is to make it so a warehouse picker never arrives at an empty Default Issue From location because it’s already been refilled by restocker. After getting our hands on AP Documents from PDFs: Detail Mapping, we may have made some small progress with the OCR on our invoices.  However, we are stuck on one quirk. Regarding detail lines:When we are in the mapping mode, we can not select part of a column.  When we are NOT in mapping mode, we can select part of a column.  None of what we do manually (not mapping) is learned, so we are trying just mapping corrections to the invoices.  We have a great many vendors that combine the item and description in the same column with indentation, perhaps.  Having just caught that ONLY THE HEADER IS LEARNING, which is unreliable for us, should we forget this functionality until the AI is “more globally applied”?  I can not fathom how you AI half of a document/process.  I will also take suggestions as to how I pass that specific piece of information on, diplomatically.  😂I did upvote the request to complete the AI application to the entire process.

Hello,When we have migrated the fixed assets and when we run depreciation for the next first period, system will look at the asset from the acquisition date and calculate any over/under depreciation. Is there any way that we can depreciate asset from the migration date without doing over/under adjustment by the system for the fist period after migration? Simply system needs to run depreciation without considering over/under depreciation adjustments.Thank you,Dulanjana

Hello,We recently started using the Automation (Pick, Pack, and Ship) process in Acumatica. We’ve noticed that it automatically updates the inventory (Update IN) after the shipment is packed. At that point, the shipment record becomes locked, and we’re unable to make any changes if corrections are needed.Is there a setting in Acumatica to disable this automatic inventory update, or is this the system’s standard behavior once a shipment is processed through the automation workflow?Thank you in advance for your guidance.

I want all modifications to be visible when the localization is set to Canada. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?  

Hi, I was just wondering if it is possible to add conditional formatting on the P&L report, so for example, if the variance % between budget and amount is greater than 10%, I want the cell to be highlighted yellow. Is this possible?

We are finding inconsistent behaviour with the recognition of expenses receipts (24R2).Sometimes European dates are recognised other times not.But this question is about currency.  We are finding that all receipts are assigned the currency code of the company and that the currency symbol on the receipt is ignored.I would like to know if users in the US find that the expense recognition recognises the currency.  I assume that US employees will frequently have CAD or GBP expenses to claim.  ThanksJames

Processing Center Error: Exception: E00007: User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values. I followed the setup steps for the Authorize.Net API Plug-in under Processing Centers:All the values were copied directly from the API Credentials & Keys section in my Authorize.Net sandbox account (see screenshots below for reference).

Attempting to use Acumatica’s low-code/no-code tools here. Is it possible to write a Generic Inquiry to show a list of customization projects and associated metadata?Additionally, is it possible to write an inquiry to see a list of custom reports and their metadata? The goal here is to use Acumatica’s out of the box tools to better capture “things to test” during an upgrade. It would be ideal if we could present these internally or externally in order to make the application more self-documenting.Another nice to have would be an inquiry showing what has been ‘ticked’ on the Enable/Disable features page. Any suggestions on gathering this metadata would be most welcome.Thank you to the Acumatica community. :)Arline

Hi Team,For xxxx Customer. The total payment was $10,021.98 but T5018 reports shows only $6883.56 As shown in the screenshot below, the highlighted Ref. Nbr. appears correctly in the T5018 Report Details; however, the remaining payments are not being displayed. Could you please advise on the root cause of this issue?   

Hello,We use Pick, Pack, and Ship in our warehouse to process packages which ship via UPS.Recently we noticed the declared value on these packages is $0.0.Where does the system look for the value? (It would make sense for it to default from the MSRP field in the stock item.)I cannot find a setting/documentation that helps; Can’t imagine that the system expects it to be entered manually every time. Thanks for your help.

Hi Acumatica Community,We are using the Prepare Physical Count screen (ScreenId=IN504000) to manually generate physical count documents every day. Currently, we use a specific Physical Inventory Type with a predefined list of items and warehouse filter.Our goal is to automate the process by scheduling the system to generate a physical inventory document every day at 2:00 AM, using a specific Type ID.My questions are: Is there a supported way to do this with Automation Schedules, Business Events? Can this be done using a custom import scenario, API, or customization project? Are there best practices or samples from other implementations? Hey guys. We’ve done an integration for a customer and they have a Shopify Test store which works perfectly. We used a snapshot of their Production Tenant and when I’ve setup both stores on the Shopify Stores screen (BC201010) and the Test store works perfectly, but the live store failed on all the entities except for the Sales Orders which worked. It can prepare the data correctly, but once we try to process it, it fails. I have reached out to Shopify but because this is a request from Acumatica, there is not a lot that they can do except for checking the settings which they have found no problems with. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any help would

Working on a modified version of the Inventory Valuation report to act as an inventory transaction log. Trying to get a beginning balance field set up. The goal would be for the report to calculate the total on-hand quantity for the item from BEFORE the date specified in the @TransactionDateFROM parameter. Any ideas?
