I have a client that has setup a business event triggered by an ACH payment on an AP Invoice. The business event currently sends a notification email that contains an attachment generated by a report that contains the details of the AP Invoice.The client ‘s request is to also attach any files that are attached to that AP Invoice to that same notification.I have tried an approach where the business event would invoke a new action in APPaymentEntry that would compose the email from the email template with the attached report and then would get and attach any files attached to the APInvoice linked to the payment.I have run into problems referencing the correct methods to generate the email notifications so the code would compile.Is something like this possible? Is there another way I could hook into the standard Acumantica business event notification email process where I would not have to compose the email and attached report and just add the other attachme

Hi all, I have Moved my custom Web Service Endpoints to a Package and I publish to all my Tenants. This worked well. Now if I make a change to the Web service endpoint. Do I have to edit the package for the changes to be in there and republish ? Or now that they are in a package I should just have to republish for the changes to go to other tenants. Thank you.

I have this code that was working fine on a production instance, but doesn’t work now that I am working on it from a development instance. The goal is to have specific lines that were manually added to a count receive a default expiration date of 1/1/2000. I have a method in a different code file that looks through every line in INPIDetail and uses a BQL query to assign the correct expiration dates.The validation code works fine, but I can’t seem to duplicate the success of the default date assignment code despite changing event handlers, conditional checks etc.The reason I’m doing this is to avoid an issue where when adding an expiring item to a count, it immediately wipes the entire count after entering the lot number and using OK, because it thinks the expiration date is missing, requiring the user to re-enter PI number and location to continue.

I see at least one other post about this version but it is marked as solved.  I downloaded the version listed under 2025 R1 SP 1.  The Esign integration version is listed as 25.101.0.  This project fails to publish.  It validates then after nearly an hour it eventually fails to publish.   Where can I find more information on why it failed?  How it this integration supported.  We are getting ready to go live and I was told by my rep this integration was something Acumatica provided.  It appears to be more of a community project than an Acumatica feature. 

Is there a way to add a custom Command Parameter to a modern UI button that gets passed to the PXAction like you were able to do in the classic UI?

I need a help creating an import scenario for service contracts. We have a custom screen where attributes are defined in Table 1. I want to upload corresponding records into Table 2, which is dependent on Table 1.For example: Table 1 contains groups such as Group 1, Group 2, Group 3. Table 2 contains equipment entries such as Equipment 1, Equipment 2, Equipment 3. The requirement is to upload data into Table 2 using an import scenario so that: When Group 1 is selected in Table 1, Equipment 2 details are displayed in Table 2. When Group 2 is selected, Equipment 1 details are shown, and so on.

I’m implementing an integration between Acumatica and a Next.js application. The goal is to automatically create a Project, Project Task, and multiple Project Budget records based on data stored in the Next.js app.The challenge I’m facing is related to the large volume of budget lines — each project can have thousands of budget items. Using the built-in REST API would require sending thousands of individual requests (one per budget line), which is both inefficient and prone to network or timeout issues. The existence of the total aggregate column in setting up a GI implies the existence of standard methods for creating a footer in a PXGrid.   This is further supported by the existence of markup for the Footer of a PXGridColumn, such as the following being valid markup:                <Layout FooterVisible="True" />                    <px:PXGridColumn DataField="SalesAmount" Width="95">                        <Footer SummaryType="Sum"></Footer>                    </px:PXGridColumn>However, I can’t find any reliable documentation of how to leverage the GI technique in a custom page, and other questions/answers relating to this topic don’t on close inspection actually answer the topic.  For example, one of the threads suggests a solution of instead of modifying the footer to add a dummy row for the subtotal to the end of the result set - a solution that isn’t applicable to the large result sets I’m dealing with.

Is there (will there be) a customization package for Docusign/E-Sign functionality for Acumatica 25R1? The last available package is from a few months ago and errors out if you attempt to publish it to a 25R1 temporary sandbox. Thanks in advance if someone can direct me further on this. We have several clients using the functionality that want to migrate.

Has anyone else had problems with modern UI for Acumatica screens that are customized?  We have discovered that when you create extension modern UI files for a screen like the Vendor screen, they won’t work because Acumatica forgot to include export statements on the TS file for the screen so that they can be referenced by ISVs TS file to include custom fields onto the modern UI.Also, the extension modern UI files don’t seem to be able to loaded into a customization project...just the files that are for non-Acumatica screens.  So, at this point, we apparently have to manually copy our files into the extensions folder for each screen and then edit the Acumatica screen TS file manually for every customized Acumatica screen for each of our customers? WTH?

I went through the process of creating the customization project and then added AP.APAdjust.  I clicked on Selector Columns and then added APAdjust__vendorID and APPayment__extRefNbr.I saved the changes and published the customization but when viewing the selector within the detail grid of AP503000 I did not see the columns that I added.Just in case, I also replaced the attributes of the APAdjust VendorID column from[Vendor(Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible, Visible = false)][PXDBDefault(typeof(APPayment.vendorID))]to[Vendor(Visibility = PXUIVisibility.Visible, Visible = true)][PXDBDefault(typeof(APPayment.vendorID))]but that didn’t have the desired effect.What did I miss?

I am working on a customization and need assistance with automatically fetching custom field values from BOM Material AM208000 (AMBomMatl) records to Production Material (AMProdMatl) records when creating production material lines from a BOM in the Production Details AM209000 (ProdDetail) screen.Goal: Value from Materials tab in AM208000 to Materials tab in AM209000 the customfields are made without code.  Hi CommunityI have a requirement in the Payments and Applications screen where I have added a custom Load Records From File upload button to upload an Excel file and map the invoices from the file to the Documents To Apply grid, without saving the document.The issue is that only existing invoices in Acumatica are displayed, while unmatched (not found) records from the Excel file do not appear in the grid. I also tried to do it manually, and although it lets me add it, the screen shows an “ID does not exist” error and doesn’t display correctly.

I need help adding lot numbers to the shipment detail line. The order is created by an external source. Once we receive notification that the order was shipped the shipping detail and lot numbers are retrieved by an API. My process creates the shipment and shipment lines. For each shipment line I must add lot numbers. There can be 2 or more lot numbers per shipment line. What is the protocol for adding the lot numbers to the shipment lines?

Hi everyone, I need some help with an issue related to address and contact information. They have somehow turned into different characters. Additionally, when I tried to publish a customization to another instance, the same issue occurred. Even after unpublishing all customizations, I can't revert it. All the Customers address, and contacts became like this.Does anyone have any idea what's happening? Thanks!
