We are having this error when opening ComboxBox for Substatus under default workflow for Cases.Initially we thought customization could be causing the issue, we have unpublished the customization but are having the same issue again. Error suggests the key value cannot be null, we have checked the values and can see a null value, but there is no option to delete it. Have looked on project.xml for deleting the null value , but unfortunately don’t see this null value.
Hi everyone,I’ve got a question about the coloring of a field. We’ve sent out e-mails with invoices to customers. The e-mail show up as processed in “All Emails” (CO409070) with no errors. So far so good.Now we have received some complaints that invoices have not been received. For each complaint we’ve checked the activities in the invoice (AR301000) and here the date is shown in red. I couldn’t find any information on what this means. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!Thanks.
Is this a known issue? This happens in 23.101.I enter a configurable product in sales quote, configure it and say the rolled up price is $1,000. The rollup method is Children All.Then I manually override the unit price in the Quote line to $1,100.However, after converted to sales order, the Line Total amount (tab Total) becomes $1,200.It looks like system adds the difference between original price and the manual price into the sales Line Total price. No other charges added such as miscellaneous, freight, etc. Quote: Rolled up price:Converted to Sales Order: If I zero out the quantity (from tab DETAILS), it should put all values to zero however it does not.
Add GI for Sales Order Lines (and a second GI for Invoice Lines) in Customer Portal with Parent AND Child Account info
Hello Community,We would like to add a GI to the Customer Portal that would allow a contact associated with a business account to see the sales order detail lines for the parent and child accounts for only that parent business account. I’m afraid that my SQL is a bit rusty, and I can’t recall how to filter the results in the GI such that the contact will only be viewing the data for their respective parent and child accounts.If someone could point me in the right direction of how to do this in the setup of the GI and adding this to the Customer Portal that would be amazing.Many thanksPatrick
Hi,I need to do some customizations in the Catalog form in the customer portal. Therefore, I need to view and go through the customization function which includes Customization functions like the following image. But that highlighted function is not available in Catalog form when I am logging as admin. And also, the highlighted function is not available in the Catalog form when I am logging in as an external portal user.Thank you.
I’ve been getting this error because there seems to be some conflict with the City and Zip code. This is what the customer has and what we ship to when we have to go into Fedex ship manager and do this manually. Googling the towns zip it is off a number and this does say its another town. Either way this is the correct address, is there a way to bypass this error?
Hi All,I have a question about the CRM Module today.I am looking to calculate the Days between the Creation Date and Conversion Date as well as Qualification Date and Conversion Date.There does not seem to be any available Field that is relating to the Timestamp of when the Lead was converted into an Opportunity. When we look at Opportunities we have the Actual Close Date on the CRM Info Tab. Nothing similar can be found from my understanding can be found for Leads. Is that True?What workarounds are known?
Hello dear Acumatica community,we want to trigger automatic (email) notifications as soon as a responsible person has been assigned to a task.Currently I tried to solve this via the following business event (in German)Unfortunately, it is not possible to query the direct input screen for tasks (cr306020), nor the task overview screen (ep404000) for business events.Therefore I tried to find a solution via the general query "Tasks" (GI000024); namely this can be queried for business events. The problem with this query is that it does not trigger the business event in the default.After research in existing threads here in the community I found out that in the general query the conditions should be deleted to allow an error free triggering of the business event.But then the problem is that the query "Tasks" (GI000024) queries the activities in general. So if you remove the condition that only tasks should be displayed, then also mails, remarks, etc. will be displayed. So the First problem
With the Screen Event we control the invitations to our web seminars. Once I send the invitation from the screen event (CR306030), the record is locked in the grid for editing (checkbox optional or the comment field). It is only possible to delete it. This is inconvenient if you want to note in the comment after the invitation that the participant will attend later, or maybe did not show up.I tried a few settings in the project editor, but I could not do the editing once the invitation status changed.Can someone help me?Thanks!
Hi,Question 1: can we add additional ‘source tab' list from default list in OPPORTUNITIES > CRM INFO SOURCE SECTION. Possible to customise it or add additional into the names list that we are more familiar for our preference. Currently the default list there is: Organic Search Campaign Referral Other Web Phone Inquiry Purchased List e.g. We would like to change Purchased List into existing customer or web into website or other into events so that we have a more clear understanding of each OPPORTUNITIES comes from which activities that we are doing, Question 2: Also, sometimes appear that from one potential client appear to have 2 source that trigger them engage on the product and services that we provide. Can we add 2 source at once in one same OPPORTUNITIES.

We are beginning to use Marketing Campaigns to target & reach out to new customers. We are encountering two challenges:On the ‘Members’ tab, the Activities Logged column does not change when we log an activity. Has anyone experienced this issue? 2021 R2. There is no Notes field on the ‘Members’ tab. We are wanting to use the listing of members and indicate a short note whether we reached out to them - but seems like the only option is to log an activity which adds to the Activities tab which doesn’t exactly get us what we are looking for.Anyone using this tool extensively?

So far as default, there are only ‘created, converted from lead and qualified’. This is to do a track analysis on how many opportunities created are qualified, disqualified and converted. If this is not feasible, could you provide guidance on how to designate an entity as 'disqualified' in our existing system? Or a full flow on how this REASON SECTION is used for CRM analysis purpose.

How can I ensure notifications are sent to the correct people based on the amount? For example: Salesperson–Head of Sales- Sales Direcetor – Head of DepartmentAny quote greater than 150 000.00 Head of Sales should receive notification of quoteAny quote greater than 500 000.00 Sales Direcetor should receive notification of quoteAny quote greater than 2 500 000.00 Head of Department should receive notification of quote Please note that this is not for approvals but rather for notifications.
Is there a way to release multiple AP or AR invoices on hold at the same time or must you go into each one and release one by one? We want them to be on hold for safety reasons but we also would like to select multiple invoices and click “Remove Hold” instead of doing it individually. Thanks,
Is SendGrid integration with Acumatica Bi-directional. i.e. if we have a Marketing Campaign called “New Year Campaign” in Acumatica and if we send campaign emails from within SendGrid, will Activities under the Campaign in Acumatica get automatically updated with emails sent from SendGrid?
