Wondering if anyone has found a way to import Google Ads Lead Form submissions (presumably using Webhooks) to import leads generated by the Google Ads Lead Form into Acumatica CRM Marketing Leads? If so, any guidance on how you did it?
Hi,I am trying to change the ID of an employee that has recently changed their last name, but the Change ID option is disabled. Is this a permissions issue or is there a different reason why this action could be disabled?The image below is a new test employee I created to see if it is initially active for new employees, but it is still disabled here as well.Let me know if you need any other information.Kind regards,Andrew
I created an import scenario with 1700 leads all but 155 imported fine but the last 155 won’t import I even moved them to a new sheet in the excel file and tried from there then it gave me an owner ID error so I tried clearing the owner so I could just enter it in mass later on but then the same issue happened again where it says success but the leads are not there. This is a search of one of the leads that should have imported
Is there a way to login as a user on the customer portal, as there is in the main ERP environment?I need to troubleshoot what a user is seeing, but can’t find a way to login as them.
Hi y’all, There are some jobs that we are collaborating with our sister company. Is there a way to “Add” team members to a specific job or opportunity, so they can see updates? Not so much worried about the collaborative portion than the ability to view. Thanks in advance

Hello Everyone,Is there a way to implement a restriction so that the users can only access certain types of Cases in the Support module? For example, we have Customer Complaint case type and Product Documentation Request case type, so user A can only view and access Customer Complaint case type and then user B can only view and access Product Documentation Request case type and then user C can view and access both case types. I am trying to pull the ShipVia Field over in the Sale Profitability analysis GI but despite pulling the SOOrder table and the ShipVia Field the field just reflects as empty within the GI. is there something I am doing wrong here? screenshots for context.
We are new to Acumatica and trying to track the time our users spend per customer on cases. Our customers are billed a monthly set price with no hours limit, but we need to track employee time for statistical reasons. I have tried having the time put against a project but it seems like this would get muddled as these are ongoing support contracts not projects. Is there any way in the system to track employee time per case per client basis?

I’ve built a dashboard for our sales manager which shows quarterly information as well as YTD information. Now that it is 2024, I want to provide the ability to toggle between current year data and prior year data. Is there a way to do this with use of an added parameter? The widgets currently pull information based on Order Date is between @YearStart/@QuarterStart, @YearEnd/@QuarterEnd.
We perform in-house technical support and are interested in leveraging Wiki articles to build a knowledge base. Has anyone successfully associated stock items/template items with Wiki articles? We are not interested in duplicating data. We would prefer to log the item number in a support case and have access to any Wiki articles associated with the stock item/template item.
I have a client who pointed out to me that on their customer portal Closed Cases are not displaying the “Last Activity Date” on the “Closed Cases” (SP204010).Is this a known bug with 22.126 version that is fixed in new versions? Or is this some kind of configuration that is missing? The screenshot below is of my local test installation of Acumatica with SweetLife and does the exact same behavior that the clients site portal is doing.
We have a scenario where the same person works for 2 separate companies. Hence, we have 2 contacts. The system flags this as a possible duplicate as it should.We click on the Mark for Validation action on the Contact Record but the warning symbol just appears next to the Possible Duplicates field.Can anyone provide insight into why this fails to marked Validated?
If I have a single SQL DB with multiple tenants and want to have multiple customer portals for each tenant are there any issues or special configurations that I need to setup or be aware of after creating the tenant portals with the Acumatica Configuration Wizard?
Does anyone know of an email service (already integrated with Acumatica would be nice) that allows cold lists to be used? The members of the list have not opted in. The user is aware that this practice is considered spamming by many.They have investigated SendGrid, which does not allow cold list endeavors.
We have a customer with the Self-Service Portal. They allow their customers to enter support cases and communicate with them through it.However, customers do not have rights to use the ADD COMMENTS action: In the portal, I used the Access Rights link under the Tools dropdown and changed the Add Comments access here for the Portal User role: However, that didn’t allow customers to enter comments.Where else might this functionality be controlled?Thanks!

I’ve been getting this error because there seems to be some conflict with the City and Zip code. This is what the customer has and what we ship to when we have to go into Fedex ship manager and do this manually. Googling the towns zip it is off a number and this does say its another town. Either way this is the correct address, is there a way to bypass this error?
My company wants to start automatically assigning lead ownership in a Round Robin order, i.e. Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, then back to 1 and continuing the cycle. I know I can set an assignment map with Rules for each employee or workgroup, but I want to make it as fair as possible and evenly distribute leads to our Reps. Is there a way to do this automatically without having a rule for each different employee?
