Hi @ccannavo30 - thanks for your message. I have good news for you- we already support the new version of Outlook with the Acumatica Add-In. You may, however, need to make some changes to get it to work. If you are having trouble, please work with your partner to open a support ticket so that it can be reviewed.
Additional good news - we have just completed work on a bunch of exciting enhancements for the Add-In. These changes will modernize the experience and enhance user friendliness -providing time saving measures. Keep an eye on release notes for more info soon!
