Regarding Acumatica Time is not showing correct

Hello Team, One issue is facing that in acumatica time and system time is different and due to that session expire issue is happens quite alot so i want to fix the issue regarding set the EST time in Acumatica platform so your help is alot to me Please find attachment. Is there a method to resolve unsafe snapshots to allow a safe snapshot?

A historical full snapshot from a couple of years ago was taken without properly activating the system lockout and then restored to the site. Is there a method by which the site can generate a safe snapshot? Is this something that Acumatica Services needs to perform? I have rebuilt indexes and optimized the db then scheduled a lockout in attempt to take a safe snapshot but still receive the following notice:

Are SaaS upgrades often so difficult and are errors irreversible?

We’re trying to do our first major version upgrade since going live. I’ve spent dozens of hours testing in the sandbox and the whole company is prepped (and excited!).Then on Monday, the wrong version was ‘upgraded’. No worries, mistakes happen. But on Tuesday our partner was told there is now no upgrade path. And Acumatica’s plan is to upgrade to a release that’s coming out next week and is 6 (minor) builds ahead of the sandbox we’ve been testing in. Am I wrong in thinking this is dangerous plan? I’m down for whatever my partner says is safe, but I’m more puzzled (and getting frustrated and concerned) with the ‘no upgrade path’ and the inability for Acumatica to fix it’s error. What happened to all the benefits of SaaS, with our site super backed up and recoverable? Can a sys admin really push a button and those backups be gone? If that is the case, then how come a non-recoverable upgrade is not confirmed before they happen? Our partner or someone at our company should have r

Outlook add in no details

Every few days, our Outlook add in stops working for all users. In Outlook, you click on the ribbon and the add in does nothing and the sidebar is blank. The only way we’ve found to fix this is to uninstall then reinstall the add in. The add in is managed at a admin/company wide level and it can take a number of hours for the uninstall/reinstall process to work.

I found this screen File Maintenance.is there a way to specify multiple files at once then move them to my external storage instead of one by one?I need them to be stored on external storage and not in Acumatica database. Snapshots take up too much space; managing space

Good day, we are doing a project to move data from QB. The vendor uses snapshots has development as move forward in the process from one tenant to another. The process has caused a major space issue. Does anyone have any advice. We have started to delete old snapshots; this frees up some space but it is ongoing issue.Thank you

Slowness after upgrade

HI All,I’ve had 2 upgrades in the last week and the users have complained that their system is slow after the upgrade. I have told them to clear their cache for all users, but does anyone else have any tips??I looked to see if this was a known issue and could not find it. Thank you!

Create PO from Project PM301000

Is it possible to Create Purchase Order from Project PM301000?We set all items we use for that project on Cost Budget Tab (including inventory id, qty). When creating PO, we will go to Purchase Order PO301000 and add ADD PROJECT ITEM, and only inventory id goes in. We expect the system will take the qty & unit from Project so we don't have to input that data again.

I want to set up a rule that when a user has logged into Acumatica and remains idle the system must lock them out after a specific period. For instance if an user has logged on and remains inactive for 2 minutes, is this possible?

Copying Tenant Time Duration

With our company we have had to refresh out Sandbox Tenant a couple times within the past month. The first time I did this using the Copy Tenant function it took approximately 40 – 45 Minutes. The second time refreshing the Sandbox again and I am now over 70 minutes and it has been at most 30 days since the last refresh using the same function.For context the we have been on Acumatica for a year and the last size of our data was approximately 13GB averaging 1.08 GB of data each month of production. The time increase within 30 days seems a bit extreme for such a small amount of data. My question is if there is any insight anyone could provide as to how the Copy Tenant function works and any potential tips for data management with Acumatica?Thank you in advance!

Does Acumatica limit server performance by license tier with a Private Cloud subscription, or not?

Acumatica markets its software as being sold based on the number of transactions the customer performs. So in theory, it should not care about the hardware specs of an individual client server that is running Private Cloud, as long as they are operating within the limitations of their transaction count (Acumatica will care with regards to servers it hosts on clients’ behalf, because there is a cost impact to Acumatica of provisioning more performant/expensive servers).However, if you look at the help documentation, you get statements like this with regards to Private Cloud subscriptions (https://help.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=54ef574c-0adf-48a0-b5be-d3438a6e5400):When your organization purchases a Private Cloud Subscription (PCS) or Private Cloud Perpetual (PCP) license for Acumatica ERP, your purchase manager selects a License Tier, which limits the parameters that influence system performance. This file, and it’s related indexes are taking up half of our database. The current file size of the database (.mdf file) is 135GB and we’ve only had it installed for three weeks.At this rate we will have a 1TB db in ten months. Any idea what’s going on with this?

DeviceHub - 'Printer is not configured in Acumatica Instance' log message

Hello, We are encountering an issue after a recent Acumatica upgrade, with the DeviceHub.Basically, the printer has been configured and was working prior to the upgrade (on version 2021R1), however after installing the latest DeviceHub version 2022R1, the log shows the following message. When I am trying to use the ‘UPDATE PRINTER LIST’ on the ‘Printers’ screen in Acumatica, the DeviceHub log is not registering the request being made from the Acumatica web app. Note: The printer is correctly installed and the machine which is being used to run DeviceHub does have access to it as well. Automation Scheduling how to reactivate the initialize scheduler

Hello, I have been reading through the articles to figure why the automation scheduling is only working for the “Release AP Documents, but not for the Prepare payments and Process Payments. I am trying to schedule a regular check run to test for potential client. I did get it to work once a few days ago. The initialize scheduler is deactivated. Is there anyway to get it to turn back on, sounds like this may be my issue? Please advise. Thank you,Barbie Jeter
