Hello Everyone,I need to export some specific attachment files to my external storage. I found this screen File Maintenance.is there a way to specify multiple files at once then move them to my external storage instead of one by one?I need them to be stored on external storage and not in Acumatica database. A historical full snapshot from a couple of years ago was taken without properly activating the system lockout and then restored to the site. Is there a method by which the site can generate a safe snapshot? Is this something that Acumatica Services needs to perform? I have rebuilt indexes and optimized the db then scheduled a lockout in attempt to take a safe snapshot but still receive the following notice:
Good day, we are doing a project to move data from QB. The vendor uses snapshots has development as move forward in the process from one tenant to another. The process has caused a major space issue. Does anyone have any advice. We have started to delete old snapshots; this frees up some space but it is ongoing issue.Thank you
HI All,I’ve had 2 upgrades in the last week and the users have complained that their system is slow after the upgrade. I have told them to clear their cache for all users, but does anyone else have any tips??I looked to see if this was a known issue and could not find it. Thank you!
Hello, according to the below guide, I fully understand it is not allowed in some way to delete the "audit history".https://help-2020r2.acumatica.com/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=5ce60e66-6997-4aa1-8496-b1bb106c41cfAuditHistory: Contains information about the database size used for saving the audit history. To review the audit history, you use the Audit History (SM205530) form. You cannot delete the audit history, so we recommend that you turn on the field-level audit for no more than few forms. But it is really large and obsoleted in database. Can we delete, like more than 1 years old data? and how.The data is really large and grows rapidly. If the data can not be cleaned, it would be time consuming if we like to back up a snapshot, it would take hours.

Hi everyone, I want to set approval condition when PPV field is non-zero but I don't see PPV Amount field on assignment maps screen, anyone have an idea to set up I’ve already tried to set up on another screen (Bills & Adjustments) or purchase order but it doesn't work.

Hello, We are encountering an issue after a recent Acumatica upgrade, with the DeviceHub.Basically, the printer has been configured and was working prior to the upgrade (on version 2021R1), however after installing the latest DeviceHub version 2022R1, the log shows the following message. When I am trying to use the ‘UPDATE PRINTER LIST’ on the ‘Printers’ screen in Acumatica, the DeviceHub log is not registering the request being made from the Acumatica web app. Note: The printer is correctly installed and the machine which is being used to run DeviceHub does have access to it as well. Is it possible to Create Purchase Order from Project PM301000?We set all items we use for that project on Cost Budget Tab (including inventory id, qty). When creating PO, we will go to Purchase Order PO301000 and add ADD PROJECT ITEM, and only inventory id goes in. We expect the system will take the qty & unit from Project so we don't have to input that data again.
Hello, I have been reading through the articles to figure why the automation scheduling is only working for the “Release AP Documents, but not for the Prepare payments and Process Payments. I am trying to schedule a regular check run to test for potential client. I did get it to work once a few days ago. The initialize scheduler is deactivated. Is there anyway to get it to turn back on, sounds like this may be my issue? Please advise. Thank you,Barbie Jeter
