I would suggest you run the Send and Receive Email Process manually in the screen SM507010 to see the error.  You may also need to run Test for each system email account on SM204002 for a possible issue there.

If you can not resolve you should create a support case

This is the cause of the error you are seeing.

You can correct config of the system email or remove
