System Email account error mail receive failed command

Ok, this is a VERY new error on me.Doing some testing in my development server and I came across this error below in the screenshot I have never seen before, nor do I even know where the start to fix it.It showed up when I click “TEST” and the UID number changes every time I click TEST. Does anyone have any idea what to point me to, to resolve this?

Do Snapshots affect performance?

Seeing as Snapshots are stored in the Acumatica database structure it would seem to me that the additional records not only take up storage space but also affect performance when running reports, generic inquiries, etc. Has anyone found that to be the case or can anyone share some knowledge about why this might or might not impact performance for DB queries?

My AUNotificationTemplate table size is 10GB.We do hold a number of notification templates, none of them hold a full history (none of them even hold more than 10 executions in history).Does this table handle more than just automation notifications? What areas might I use to decrease the size of this table? Thanks!

Help Finding an API Timeout Problem

Hoping to find some quick help here. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to lend some advice. Can anyone give me some advice on how to find this API that is timing out every 10 minutes?We have an API running in the background that is timing out and slowing our system significantly. I know the user that it is assigned to it by looking in System Monitor under “System Events” it doesn’t give me a screen ID or much information at all. I’ve posted the information I can see below. Acumatica is freezing after some time, and we need to restart iis to make it run again

The problem began when we made a new website and connected it to existed database. it worked well for some hoursbut after some time it slows down to the point that no one could work on it. so we restarted the database server and the iis then it worked.but from this point, it works for maybe 4 hours or so, then it begins to slowdown again, and we have to restart the iis to let it work againthe memory is not full nor the utilization of any resource.any insight on how to solve this problem?

Is build update restricted to SAAS accounts? Whenever we tried updating the site it says this error “Update could not be performed, because file 'c:\deployment\sites\PR00003841\siteroot\bin\CommandLine.dll' is locked by another process.”

I’ve done the creation and leave the condition tab blank since when I select the entity type as Purchase order the status does not appear on the field name but on the rule action tab have specified the following;- but it does not work, is there another way to do it?

Delete Snapshots not visible on the User Interface

Hi everyone,How can I delete the snapshots as seen below. From the user interface they are not available and the system has been optimized.Is there a way I can delete the snapshots from the Database instead? if anyone may have a suggestion on how to go along with this, kindly assist since they have taken too much of the system space. Security for system accounts... locking down via IP

I’d like to lockdown accounts being used for integration purposes via IP Filter. I’ve done this successfully already but have run into a bit of a blip. I do a lot of my testing through postman.co and can’t seem to figure out the IP or range they’re using so I can add them to the IP Filter within the User. I then had a thought… it might be a solid idea to be able to report user’s activity including the originating IP. This would be a sort of du diligence in my mind. To be fair, we are considering 2fa via MS365 but I think there’s still merit to this. Thoughts? Does something already exist that I might not be aware of? Thanks in advance ;-)

Attachment Maintenance

Hi,We have a site that uses the Pick,Pack and Ship screen to dispatch shipments. As part of there proof of dispatch procedure they take a photo of the items before dispatch. These attached photos are really only needed for around a month as the item will have been delivered in this time so we need to come up with a way to delete them on mass as they are a SaaS site and its eating rather a lot of there allocated space!I’ve attached a GI that shows what i mean. Any ideas how to remove them? CheersAndy

You have been logged out due to exceeding the number of tenants in the system.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior on 2020R2 and later versions?We are seeing this on a third client environment, and the second time for this particular environ.On Feb 28th Tenant 3 had a full snap shot taken and restored to Test Tenant 4. Beginning on the morning or March 3 when a user logged into tenant 4 (or switched from tenant 3 to tenant 4) and this exceeded the 2 concurrent user limit in tenant 4... users logged into tenant 3 were logged out with the message “You have been logged out due to exceeding the number of tenants in the system.”Restarting the application, via Application Updates SM203510, seems to have resolved the issue and we plan to add this step to our snapshot process for migrating data from PROD to QA/Training environs.The same thing happened on a Snapshot done on Jan 10, and users logging in throughout the day Jan 11 received this error. Acumatica restarted the server and we had no further issues.

Instance upgrade

Hi @all,I wanted to upgrade my instance from Build version 21.113.0011 to the latest 2023 R1 version. Have already uploaded the SQL database back up format of the system to test the upgrade offline. Have also installed Acumatica configuration wizard of build version 21.113.0011 same as my live instance and deploy an instance on it to help me test the upgrade offline.Which place actually should I perform the upgrade? is it on the configuration wizard or on the instance: -System > Management > Process > Apply Updates>Download Package>validate customization……..Which place exactly?

Specify Files to move to Local storage

Is there a way I can specify specific files to move to my local storage and not all;MOVE FILES TO STORAGE moves all files in the database to local storage specified, but I don't want to move all of them, I need to move specific files to local. Kindly help

F105 - 2020R1 - Error on example page 57

The F105 course page 57 shows that you can unlock a financial period. On the Manage Financial Periods GL503000 does not have an option “Unlock” - it only has “Open, Close, Lock, Deactivate”Please correct manual - but preferably please make changes in Acumatica R1-2020 that indeed a Locked Period can be Unlocked.
