HiOur acumatica (MYOB Advanced) has been broken for 5 days, with business events not firing at all, or severely delayed by 24 hours. This has been crippling for our business, however the local MYOB support team seem disinterested in solving our problem. We suspect that the system queues are broken/overloaded but we cannot even access the SM302010 page to check this, or clear the queue or restart the despatcher. When visiting SM302010 it either spins around indefinitely, or errors with the message (attached as image).As this is a hosted platform, we don’t have access to IIS/Application Pools/MSMQ and our local supplier doesn’t seem to even know what that is when I mention it the past 5 days. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and how was it resolved?Thanks!
Customer is having an issue using Chrome with 20.104.0012. Upon login, the session expired pop up appears, and the user can’t click into anything. Anyone else having this problem with the latest Chrome update using 2020 R1? I know older versions have experienced issues, but I haven’t seen anything related to an Acumatica version this recent. We have cleared history, cache and cookies. Thanks!

Based on our monthly review of performance-related issues during the last 12 months, ~ 40% of performance problems are caused by user actions like operations with snapshots during business hours, GIs with wrong joins, customizations that are not tested in the sandbox. Hi everyone,Can anyone help me explain my business case with dụnning letter, the picture below is a dunning letter generated on Feb 13, but on Feb 14 there is another overdue invoice but when I go to the dunning letter screen to prepare on Feb 15 I can't see this customer.As a result, I sent a dunning letter to the customer and missed the overdue amount of the above invoice.I expect to be able to prepare a dunning letter when an invoice is overdue, or I misunderstood something, please correct me. In 22R2 when trying to “Release” an AR Credit Memo generated from “Reversing” an Original AR Invoice an error message appears "Execute Timeout Error Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" error. I’ve seen this issue on forum for other situations in system and says resolved in previous versions prior to 22R2.

When are the settings on screen SM201060 applied to truncate older audit logs based on the specified number of months?
We recently modified the ‘Keep Audit History for:’ setting from the default of 999 months to 2 months. Does anyone know if there is a schedule as to when the truncation occurs?It has been 24 hours be we have not seen any change in the table size on the Space Usage screen. I did run the ‘Calculate Used Space’ function on SM203525.Audit settings on SM201060:Thanks!Laura

Hi Team, When I try to load entries under the “Approvals” screen, I didn’t find any entries. Later on, when I log in on a different network, all the entries suddenly showed up at the same time. May I know what is the issue here? And what could be the possible fix to avoid such instances in the future? Thank you. Regards,King
I'm curious if there is a way to offer this via PowerShell or otherwise. Essentially, if we were to need to shut down the application for whatever reason (upgrades, updates, etc) can we avoid having to cancel and re-adjust the times of automations that were missed during that time? The goal is to have the system come back online less stressed by a list of long running processes starting back up all at once.
