For most of our companies, we normally setup a test tenant. I noticed today when logging into one that the test tenant was not available. I looked and they recently had an update applied. I then looked at another customer, who I haven’t accessed in a while, and they also didn’t have a test tenant. These are our only 2 clients who have their acumatica automatically updated. The test tenant is not available in the dropdown nor is it available in the tenants window. I then went and looked at Space Usage. It shows both the live/active tenant and the test tenant, but beside the live tenant it has a checkmark for Current. It does not have that for the test tenant. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hoping someone can help. I wonder if I can have a few ideas on how to resolve/investigate this case as we are experiencing this issue to one specific site. The queue size is overloaded not letting a business event get triggered. I have tried cleaning the queue and restarting the dispatcher, and it works fine, however, the next day I checked the business event history and no further events had been triggered so I updated one customer to ensure it was still working and it didn’t work. Then I manually cleared all the queues again as I did previously, retested the customer and it worked… how can we optimize the system so this will run as it should?Furthermore, I’m comparing a few GIs and Business events but I have no idea what is causing this as the GI has only a few records. Hoping someone can help. We are seeing issues where push notifications are not firing. we saw in the systems queue monitor that it’s flashing red. Looks like the queue size is exceeded. We have seen this before and don’t really know how we got it to resolve. ☘ Hoping I get lucky here!Has anyone developed a customization to purge the AuditHistory table?I’m thinking a simple screen called Purge Audit History with a PURGE button, a Days Old field, and a Save button so the Days Old value can be saved for the next time you launch the screen.When you press the PURGE button, it would delete records in the AuditHistory table that are more than the Days Old value that you input on the screen. The SQL Code would be something like Gabriel mentions here: Bonus points if you could add a schedule to this screen, but, honestly, I’d be perfectly happy to manually press the PURGE button. I just need a way to clear a table that has grown out-of-control.If no one has developed this, maybe someone like @Yuriy Zaletskyy or @Gabriel Araujo could develop this and resell it to interested people like me 😀
The Active Users list in the System Monitor shows individual users multiple times. Is this something we need to be concerned about and is it consuming resources? (In our prior ERP seeing the same user multiple times meant they hadn’t logged out properly or a session hung.) It’s especially strange that the “admin” user appears multiple times with high “Time from Last Activity” values as no-one uses that login.Do we need to take action on this or is it normal? Thanks!
User cannot add/upload files to transactions system seems to spin or hang - was working for her the last year
An end user has been having issues lately with adding file attachments to transactions such as AR Payments. She has Admin Security, her security has not changed and she has the same security roles as other users and they are not having the issue. She has been adding attachments for over a year and lately it just spins and the screen hangs when she chooses upload. Also when she does the drag and drop her icon just spins. If she refreshes the screen, sometimes the file is there and is uploaded. But sometimes it isn’t.If she goes to another testing tenant it works just fine and she is able to add an attachment. I can add the attachment she is trying to add just fine and it works immediately in production.I have had her clear her cache in Chrome, also she has tried Firefox browser and the issues still occurs. Any suggestions before I open a support case?
If I create an email and type a word in, then click Insert Link, when the Insert Link window appears, the system is hanging and I have to reload the page to exit out. I am an admin and have permissions (Delete) to Files and File Maintenance under the Hidden folder.I also tried Incognito (Chrome) as well as Mozilla Firefox. See attached video. Hello, In “Search in Files”, I can select multiple files at the same time, but if I click “delete file”, only the first file in selection will be deleted. Is it a bug? Or the system is designed to do so? Now, my question is , is there a way I can delete the out of date files in batch?
I configured emails using azure Modern authentication. On email address I specified firstname.lastname@example.org which I used to sign in to the azure application.On reply address I specified email@example.com, still an account in office 365. I tried to send email now using firstname.lastname@example.org but got the following error in Acumatica. It seems I cannot send emails through the created application using any user.Could I have left out any permissions, or what might be causing this?Kindly assist Urgent!Thank you all.

Hello, Our company has run Acumatica for nearly 3 years. We installed Acumatica on our own server and database. As an IT stuff, I checked there are large amount of history records when opening screen SM205035. These records are not quiet necessary, so I want to clean them. However, if I click “Delete ALL” button, I would get request timeout. Maybe these records are too much(we set some scheduler run in minutes interval). I can select 1 page and delete 1 page’s record at once by clicking “delete”. but that is so time consuming. Is there a better way to clean them? To delete them directly from DB is probably a way to go, but I am afraid to broke the table constraints and reference of each other. Can anyone give me some directions.
Pretty sure this is a bug:In the SM203525 Space Usage / List of Snapshots:Highlighted the first snapshot, which as you can see is Kirk Properties 2021-03-06. Clicked on the name, it brings up the tenant screen, but… …while it shows the correct tenant it shows the wrong snapshot, and one that doesn’t even belong to this tenant! Dangerous, to say the least!
We’re trying to do our first major version upgrade since going live. I’ve spent dozens of hours testing in the sandbox and the whole company is prepped (and excited!).Then on Monday, the wrong version was ‘upgraded’. No worries, mistakes happen. But on Tuesday our partner was told there is now no upgrade path. And Acumatica’s plan is to upgrade to a release that’s coming out next week and is 6 (minor) builds ahead of the sandbox we’ve been testing in. Am I wrong in thinking this is dangerous plan? I’m down for whatever my partner says is safe, but I’m more puzzled (and getting frustrated and concerned) with the ‘no upgrade path’ and the inability for Acumatica to fix it’s error. What happened to all the benefits of SaaS, with our site super backed up and recoverable? Can a sys admin really push a button and those backups be gone? If that is the case, then how come a non-recoverable upgrade is not confirmed before they happen? Our partner or someone at our company should have r
