Time Zone Change in User Profile

I can't change the Time Zone in my User Profile.  When I try to save the changes I get the error : Another process has added the "UserPreferences" record. Your changes will be lost.

@marty06 You should be able to do so. You can contact Support directly or through your VAR and submit a ticket if issue not resolved.

Not sure in which version of Acumatica you are pointing this but I hope you have tried again by refreshing the screen and still getting the same issue, if so then as @hkabiri said please raise a support ticket.
