Solved

Good day,This isn’t causing any particular issues per-say, but ever since we’ve upgraded to 22R1, we get the following warnings when publishing customizations.\Controls\PageTitle.ascx.cs(877): warning CS0219: The variable 'webItem' is assigned but its value is never used\Controls\PageTitle.ascx.cs(1105): warning CS0414: The field 'User_PageTitle.auditMenuEnabled' is assigned but its value is never usedCustomization Log SampleI’m more just curious where this might have crept in, and whether it’s specifc to our instance, or if more people are seeing this one.If anyone is aware of a solve for this warning, that’d be great too.

I have added the ‘Add PO Line’ action to the PO receipts screen on the mobile app by following the steps on the last few pages in the T410 manual.  This works great to add the lines and release the receipt.  To streamline the process, I would like to have the ‘Add PO Line’ action available on the Document Summary screen by default.  To explain further, if I update the ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 4, then I have all actions appear at the bottom in this order: Hold, Assign, Release, Add PO Line.  If I update it to be ‘formActionsToExpand=’ to 2, I have Hold, Assign, … with the option to select … and Add PO Line. How do I get it to be displayed as the following: Hold, Add PO Line, … on the document summary screen for the PO receipt? It appears that when I added priority, listPriority and formPriority were not available options in current context.  I have also attempted to add the action, as I’ve done, then below it say update recordAction in attempt to reorder the actions.

Hey guys, I am trying to sort the values in the rows of a pivot table to ascending order. Tried changing the same in the Pivot table by changing the sort order and sort by but the result is not as required.  In order to get it in an order, I have changed the names for appts in Workflow stages, but still not getting the desired result. Need to see 1-New followed by 2-Tentative and 3-DEL/INST/INSP and so on. Would appreciate your help :) .

Is something like this possible? I wanted to avoid excel by making a calculated field that summarizes a single or group of inventory IDs through GI or report designer. So a calculated field would look like this...=IIf((( [POLine.InventoryID] = 'DULS001') OR ([POLine.InventoryID] = 'DULS002')), [POLine.LineAmt], '')Results would look like this...    Calculated Field Calculated Field Inventory ID Line Amt Dulse Kelp DULS001 200 200   KELP001 500   500 DULS002 300 300

Hey guys,Have been tasked to add a production order maintenance side panel onto Appointment details and Sales orders screen. I am finding it tough to merge the tables in order to achieve this.Any recommendations?

We haven’t even started using the system at work but we’re supposed to test it out and both times I tried logging in I got locked out. Why do you lock people out if they are using the password that was set up, then they have to reset it but can’t. Why, because they are locked out. This is terrible and I cannot be the only person who has been locked out of the system.

In a report I want to highlight/ change the background color if the value is greater than 1. I understand i need to put two fields on top of one another. One with the default state and one with the changed state. my questions are as follows:=[POLine.BaseOpenQty]=[POLine.BaseOpenQty]               Do I use visible expressions for each field? Can you help me write the expression?I am leaning towards an IIF, but that is as far as i got.

Hello,       As we know, we are having conditionally style in Genric inquiry, like hightlight color. Is there a way to use this similiar function in report designer.    Like, can I hightlight or show different background color for the below wgt=0 lines?

Does anyone know of a Crypto currency provider for Acumatica? I know that currently out of the box, we would just need to set up a payment type and accept it as cash, but is there another option? Our client is ok with that, however, I know more will be looking in the future for it.

I need to change the SO line SalespersonID on multiple sales orders via import scenario. However, I’m not sure where to affect that field in the import scenario under “Line Details” as I would expect.I have a list of order numbers and their order types along with the new salesperson ID. Any thoughts on how to set this up via import scenario?

Hello,We have items that we to secure in such a way, that the user can add new records, but they cannot edit existing records.  Acumatica had a “Insert” restriction level.  However, it also includes the ability to EDIT existing information. Is there anyway to give users the ability to enter data, but not edit. This is for projects.  We want to ensure that projects are ONLY changed via change orders.

Hi All,We recently fixed a data issue for one of our clients and we need to adjust some reporting on the Dashboards.Basically, every other widget on a Dashboard recognizes negative values that are calculated as negative based on below Formula: Yet when using this Data column from the Inquiry in the Pivot Table, it treats it as positive and adds to the total rather to substract from it.What do I need to do that these values are recognized as negative by the Pivot Table? It’s a very basic Table: Thank you!

Everything was working fine this morning but we installed additional modules on Acumatica and now when we try to print out a check we just get a blank check remittance document. Do setting change with the installation of other modules?

I have a batch payment export and want to update a note field when the export has run.  When I prepare without the update line it works fine.  If I add the update line nothing is prepared and the field is updated as expected.  Seems I can’t do both at the same time?

What REST API endpoint would I use to transfer a stock item from one Warehouse location to another Warehouse location?

Is there a way to find the creation date of a tenant?  We’re interested in knowing the creation dates for the tenants in our sandbox.  Thanks.

I am noticing an increase in Chrome memory on 2021 R1 - 21.118.0038. What i have noticed is that the SO screen creates a good amount of Javascript memory.   The more screens you click the higher it goes until garbage collection.    How a website works  - But it just seems with this version is building megs of cache quicker than normal.    (Really centered around Sales Orders and Invoices.) I have upped the memory for the machines in Chrome to 4096, but multiple tabs \ any competition and we get an out of memory issue.      Not a ton of tax zones,   single currency.    Ideas?

Hello all, I wanted to ask if there is already a transit process in Acumatica or planned? The process looks like this: A company from Germany orders e.g. metal in China. This metal is brought from the supplier in China to the port and shipped on a ship. The ship is on its way to Germany for at least half a year. In Germany, the goods are transported from the ship to the company, which then ships the material to the customer. In the ERP this should look like this: Purchase order to the main warehouse-> Stock transfer to fictitious storage location "Transit", as soon as the goods are loaded onto the ship in China (these transit transactions are to be displayed in an overview, from which the goods receipts can be created) -> As soon as the goods have arrived in Germany, a goods receipt is to be created from the above-mentioned overview, whereby a stock transfer from the storage location "Transit" to the storage location "Main" is triggered in the background and the goods receipt can
