Customers of Field Service need to be able to schedule estimate/measurement appointments and provide their prospects with a quote.  To accomplish this, and minimize the errors and clicks, I have added an action to the appointment screen to create an opportunity.  It works perfectly in the UI and I can field update the opportunity with the customer id, contact info and a UDF to be populated with the service order nbr for linkage. My main issue is that it is not redirecting in the mobile app and I am out of ideas on how to make this work.  I am not a developer but am very dangerous in no code workflow/customizations.I have tried several combinations of various parameters and window modes.  When I click on the action in mobile it looks very much like it would like to redirect to Opp screen but it never does.  Help?? :-)   Just for fun I tried adding these to no avail.  What’s weird is that when I looked at the XML I expected to see a line referring to the action NEWOPP since it is showing

Hi everyone, I just have a question.Do B2B Bigcommerce supports Sales Prices sheet,  customer specific discount, qty discounts on a line item level, and order level discounts from Acumatica? I just want to make sure that everything how it is currently operating in Acumatica, can be replicated in BC. or whether TranZetta pricing will work. Thank you.

Hi, Attached we are trying to troubleshoot an A/P workflow. Step 2 (Fleet Manager) is not behaving the way we want. For this step we want the approver to approve only bills with G/L accounts 4120,5230,4110,4150, and 4500 but exclude vendors V0307, V0546, V0077, and V0309. The condition is not working. Here is a screenshot. Logically it looks correct but the approver is still getting invoices for those excluded vendors with the G/L accounts. How can I update the condition to make this happen. The Fleet Manager step is the only thing that is not working. The condition is not setup correctly. Any suggestions would be great. I have also attached the Approval Workflow.  Thanks,@FrancesPantelidakis24

Is it possible to create a grid on a Report, where the cells height are always the same, even if one cell has more rows of data than the others? I want to center the data vertically, but this is thrown off as the heights of the cells are different.Any help would be appreciated.

We have several customers now that are using bill payment services that send us a one time credit card number. We would like to make those not show at all after they have been marked inactive. I don’t want to have to filter them based active and inactive each time I go to their account to choose a card. Does anyone else deal with these one-time credit cards? Thank you.

I have a prospect that is looking to scan checks via OCR and what’s to have them applied to the AR Invoice.  They would like to do this in a batch mode.  Looking to see if there is a solution out there

Hello,Anyone who can help me be able to display Department ID of the (salesperson) in an SO order? I tried connecting EPEmployee to Salesperson which is connected to SOOrder by SalespersonID, by using either ordernbr, ownerid, baccountid, salespersonID, etc. and there’s no error message in the field which makes me think the Tables did get connected but I got no display of data though. Hello,I have created a GI for daily orders and I am trying to set a condition so it only pulls orders created Today(). I have brought in the SOORder.CreatedDateTime and set the value1 to Today(). However that does not return any results. I am not sure it is due to the fact that the Created on has time included. But got stuck on something that fells like it should be a very easy Condition. I have included the GI below.  Thoughts?

Anyone know how to create a GI that displays the average customer order count over a rolling 12 month period? I’d also need to be able to exclude specific order type (mainly returns).I’m just not sure how to get an order count using formulas. And I would need to include any open (non-completed) orders in the count as well.

Any ideas why I don’t have access to the community ideas in order to comment or vote on improvements? Here’s an example link of an idea I’d like to support:https://community.acumatica.com/ideas/new-service-order-will-not-copied-header-notes-from-the-quote-type-service-orders-13672When I click on the link, I get this screen:

Hello!I’m developing a custom form with an action that inserts an SOOrder. But the data is not in base currency. How do I get two screens to open at once in the Mobile App? For example, running SCAN AND TRANSFER, while also running ITEM LOOKUP to help me select the proper locations for the SCAN AND TRANSFER screen. Right now, leaving SCAN AND TRANSFER removes everything, so I can’t go check that I’m looking in the right locations etc. Any help is always appreciated!

Hello,I am new to Construction (but not to Projects and not to Acumatica). I’m looking to confirm the steps for properly correcting customer project invoices with retainage in the below circumstances. Here’s the situation. We created a pro forma and invoice for a regular progress billing on 5/15 and released it, creating PF = A000008 and AR doc = A000072,(retainage amount on A000072 was $766). Then we also needed to bill retainage, so we released the retainage. We released only the $766 amount (using the same date as the progress invoice) producing AR doc = A000074 and related PF = A000008. On 5/16, we released the rest of the project retainage,  $153,702. This seems to have created 2 AR docs (A000075 and 76):Doc 75 has the retainage invoice amount for the $153k, but no pro forma. Doc 76 is for $0 and has the pro forma with AIA doc showing $153k due, but we haven’t released it yet.The goal here is to remove the retainage invoices A000074 and 75, as well as progress invoice A000072. Hi,I need to use 1 generic BOM for probably thousands of Items. these Inventory Items for their production will have slight variations but it would be easier to be managed in Production mainetnance detail. assigning an inventry Item to the BOM as a mandatory field makes it restricted to only that BOM. is there any way around this? I don’t want to use the Configuration because the options are also too many. what would be your suggestion. Thanks For your help in advance.
